Ok, I know I'm damn late with this, but I've been very very busy. Season 4 is just something I
couldn't let wait for any longer.

But the fic you are relating to is "Bringing Her Back" by Angela and in that one, and Angela told me
that herself, she didn't think of Buffy and Tara kissing, but Buffy and Willow. If you carefully
read through the whole fic, you'll find that she never really said who ran away and who has been
kissed by Buffy. I am assuming, the only reason we all believe that it was B and T kissing, is
because Gary has that as summary on his site.

I am not sure if there are any other such fics, but that is the only one I know of and it really
sounds like the one you mean.
