That then raises the question of whether we believe Joss or not.

If the cheese guy does have a meaning then I reckon that the
cheese is the slayer (Buffy does like cheese after all).

So in Willows dream "I've made room for the cheese." (NB these
aren't exact quotes, i still haven't woken up properly)
translates to "No matter what changes have gone on in your life
there's always room for the slayer.".

Xanders dream "These cannot help you." translates to "This [the
parental violence situation] isn't something that the slayer can
help you with."

Giles' dream "I wear the cheese, it does not wear me." translates
to "The watcher should guide/control the slayer not visa versa."

And in Bufyys dream the guy holding up two slices of cheese
translates to "There are two slayers, whilst you may look
different and be separated you are the same.".



Or possibly I've thought about this far too much.
