Retirement plans

Guess this is me being me,
As some of you might have noticed I've been putting out, an above average
number, of parts and chapters over these past three and a half months (Since
August 12th to be exact). Most notably the Two Worlds monster and recently
the BtVS 2117 sequel. Well there is a good reason for my increased activity.
You see I'm planning my retirement from fanfiction. Now before you start
ripping my head off this has been a look time in coming.

I'm now in my fourth year of writing fanfiction, but I've only been doing
this (B/W) for ten months or so. Last summer I started thinking about
dropping this and starting something a little bit more serious, something
that would be mine and all mine. Since then the voice in the back of my mind
has been getting louder and so when I'm done with all my lose plot threats
I'll be retreating from the stage and leave it open for new blood.

Now before the torches start dotting the road leading to my castle. Please
consider that this will not come to pass until early 2001 (Around the Third
B/W 'ship awards) since Two Worlds is currently plotted at 50+ chapters with
no end in sight and I want to try for third consecutive nomination :)

Wondering what is to come in Two Worlds aren't you? Well here's a hint. In
the first story "Royalty" I wrote a Buffy dream scene
(http://www.mmedia.is/~cilia/Royalty/chapter2.htm) and Spike's future
journal (http://www.mmedia.is/~cilia/Royalty/chapter5.htm), in there you
might find what remains unresolved in the Two Worlds universe, but I warn
you the spelling is horrible in these.

Explantion why of course!
This all came about after I tried to catch up on my reading and found that
there are just so many writers now doing this. I joined shortly after the
list took off and now I find myself looking back, this means I've stayed to
long.
