giving her mate her puppy eyes, silently begging the Slayer to let her
keep it as a new pet.

"Will... it's a fruit bat, why do you want a fruit bat?" Buffy asked
after a moment, feeling her resolve slipping away.

"Well... I could turn it then it would be a vampire fruit bat," Willow
purred huskily, an evil little grin on her face as she said the words.
