"Happy Valentines Day, everyone!" Dawn smiled as she entered the Magick
Shop.

"Hey Dawn." Anya didnt even look up as she spoke. Xander glared at her, then
turned and smiled at Dawn.

"Happy Valentines Day to you too." he said, then gave Dawn a quick hug.
"Where's your sister?"

Dawn frowned. "I thought she was here. She said she was going to stop by
Willow's room, then head here."

"Well, she hasnt gotten here yet." Anya spoke, raising her head finally.
"Willow's probably having some crisis with Tara and Buffy's trying to help."

Just then, the door opened and the girl in question entered. "Hey everyone.
Whats going on?"

Buffy smiled, but seemed...different somehow. Riley walked over and kissed
her. "We were just talking about you."

"Me? All good i hope." She grinned.

"How's Willow?" Dawn asked.

Anya was looking right at Buffy and noticed that something flashed in her
eyes when the red head was mentioned. "Fine, just fine. She's working on an
essay for class, so she wont be here til later."

(a few hours later)

Its been slow lately in the demon department, so everyone was just hanging
out. Buffy was starting to get a little restless. "Ugh, what, did all the
demons go on vacation or something??"

Just as she finished her sentence, the door opened and Spike walked in,
Willow in tow. Buffy's eye caught Willow's immediatly, but was snapped out
of her trance at Xander's comment. "Obviously not *all* of them."

Spike scanned the room, doing his best to look as if he didnt want to be
there, even though deep down, he had come to like the scoobys. Especially
the red head. "Ran into Red on the way here. She practically begged for me
to walk her here so she'd be safe."

Willow rolled her eyes. "Oh yes, thats exactly how it happened."

Spike grinned at her as she sat down at the round table. Spike took a seat
next to her. He looked over at her and noticed her gazing at something. He
followed her gaze and found...the Slayer. Gazing right back. Spike almost
fell out of his chair with realization. On the way over, Willow had
discussed how she had "found someone" and wanted to break up with Tara, but
didnt want to hurt her. She wouldnt say who the "someone" was, but he knew
now.

"I think its time for a nice, hopefully violent, stroll in the cemetary.
Wanna come, Willow? Keep me company?" Buffy stood, looking at Willow
expectedly.

"Uh, yeah. Ok." She smiled as she followed Buffy out of the Magick Shop.

(the cemetary)

The two girls sat on a cold bench in silence. Willow dared to raise her eyes
over to Buffy and found her staring at her. She smiled and giggled. Then
Buffy leaned forward and captured her lips. The kiss was filled with so much
passion, Willow couldnt believe that this was the same girl she had fallen
for years ago. When the kiss ended, Willow let out a little wimper of
disappointment.

"We need to tell them. I...I need to be with you." Buffy tore her eyes away
from Willow's. "Im telling Riley tomorrow."

Willow bit her lip. She didnt want to hurt Tara, but she wanted to be with
Buffy. She thought quickly, and came to the same decision that she had
earlier that evening. "Im telling Tara tonight. Im suppossed to meet her in
her room in about 2 hours."

Buffy smiled. She wasnt sure Willow would go through with it, but her doubts
were fading quickly. "I love you, Willow."

"I love you, Buffy." Willow gave Buffy a soft kiss. As she went to pull
away, Buffy raised her hand up and tangled it in Willow's hair, holding her
to her. The kiss made both of their heads spin. When they finally had to let
go, to breathe, they pressed their foreheads together, and breathed each
others breath.
