The preamble, build up, introspection, voice, tone, scene setting.
Spot on.
This is good. No, I mean it, this is really, really good.
The pull on the need to hit the Page Down key just one more time is
really strong.
Excellent.
Definetly going to take notes.
About the only thing I'd suggest is the indenting for speech and
smaller paragraphs but that's nothing compared to the fact you have a
well constructed story. Much like a well done house, comfortable and I
really, want to live there.
