OT: Firstborn Update........

Dear Listbuds,

Good Morning! Well it's finally gotten quiet around here. I was starting
to wonder if everyone had turned into an insomniac like me. Thankfully
no.

OK let's see, Firstborn....... No, I have not given up writing it. The
next part, Chapter 9, should be posted shortly after this.

Have I had a case of writers block? Sorta, kinda. I know what I want to
happen and I have various scenes written.........BUT, (you just knew
there was a but in there) I just haven't had time to write! Between
work, caring for my sibs and getting ready for college this fall, I've
hardly had a chance to see my SO's much less write. And trust me, as
much as I love getting my ego stroked by you guys with feedback for my
little story, I REALLY enjoy smooching with my Honeys!

What I'm trying to say is that Chapter 10 is going to be at least 2-3
weeks off. (Do I hear growls? Do I see flying fruit?) I'm sorry, I'm
really, really sorry. It's just I want "Firstborn" to be something I can
truly be proud of, so I don't want to just slap it together.

I hope you guys will just bear with me and I'll try to make it worth
your while. Sooooo, Carol sorry about you having to start smoking. Maybe
you could try the Patch, my mom said the gun tasted like sh*t or you
try taking up drinking instead.

Shadowslayer, sorry about getting you hooked and having to go through
withdrawal. But you really should have read the Surgeon General's
warning on the side of the fic before you started reading.

DopeyDee Jr. try to understand, threatening my cat is NOT a way to get
me to write faster. OK hon?

Angel, Chuck, Shadowmage, Tony McD, Mr. Means, Melinda, Eliza Lover,
Hhdouglas and all the others who have sent the tons of Feedback I've
recieved, all I can say is thank you!

I promise, next time I will not begin submitting a WIP until I'm on the
next to last chapter. Or maybe I'll just wait till I have a story done
before I send it in.........nah. Who am I trying to fool, I love the
praise and I kinda like the pressure too.
