Re: OT; question about Dawn

Far as I know, in Dawns first full eppy....she's always known about Buff bein a slayer, but it wasn't explained how she knew. If you remember, when Dawn got captured by Harmony's thugs, after Buffy slays a vamp and dawn is chained to the wall, she says "I'm gonna tell mom you slayed in front of me!"

Oh, and yes. I'm here and reading messages if anyone was interested ;)

The question is; Was it established in the series when Dawn learned that her sister was the Slayer? I'm aware that all of her memories, and all of Buffy's memories of Dawn, were the product of the monks who disguised the Key as Dawn, but since those memories are real to them, this still matters to the story.
