got some that don't allow OT posts. Please, please

Conditions For Nominations...

Please read before nominating becasue any nomination
that does not follow the following guidelines will be
disregarded
Nominating area is at the bottom of this page

1) All fics must be labeled with a rating (G, PG,
M15+, NC17 or R).
2) If a fic is currently unfinished then it is still
elegable for nomination.
3) If a fic is archived on a site then a link to it
will be sufficient.
4) If a fic is not archived anywhere then please send
the fic and it will be archived here for the duration.

5) Fics must have the following header...
Title:
Author:
Authors Email:
Story Rating:
Disclaimer: (a real one not just 'Joss is god')
Author's Note: (If Needed)
Setting (If applicable. This says when the story
is set in the Buffy timeline / Alternate Universe,
etc)
6) Artwork must be accompnied by Authors name and
email address
7) Website nominations must be accompnied by the URL
and if possable the owners email address
8) Award nominations will remain open until midnight
GMT Monday 1st April 2002.
9) All works remain the property of their creator.
10) The organizers take no responsability for the
content of nominated items.
11) Award voting will take place between midnight GMT
Monday 1st April 2002 and midnight GMT Wednesday 1st
May 2002. (GMT = Greenwich Mean Time.)
12) Winners will be notified by email on the 1st of
May.
