Found this article over at the E! website;

According to the article, negotiations are underway for a possible UPN spinoff series, in which Faith replaces Buffy as the town's resident slayer.  Nothing's signed yet, but Eliza Dushku is said to be very interested inthe project.

Me, I just say replace Buffy with Faith, stake Spike and keep most of the rest of the cast intact.  I could see Faith and Willow as a couple, actually.  At least Faith is making an effort to redeem herself.
