Ye gods.

And even if the mall's arguments are correct (it's private property and
we have the right to regulate your conduct), the proper redress is to
ask them to leave the mall, not remove the shirt.

I guess the proper response would be to wear a "Go Bush!/Bombs Away!"
shirt and see what response you get from the Thought Police. Entirely
different, I'm betting. I hope the guy sues the company into Chapter
11.
