FanFic: A Little Bit Of Me 4/?
Hi everyone!
It's been longer than I thought. What can I say, vacations started and I
got kinda lost between doing as little as possible and having as much
fun as I could... But I've written a little and here it is.
I have also designed a little page for my stories (at least I'm hoping
for the plural). Older parts can be found there.
Here's the addy: http://www.geocities.com/dream_p_u_k/LWFF
Bye,
Lil'Witch
Now on with the story:

Disclaimer and stuff are in part 1

Xander, Willow and Cordelia were sitting in front of the 'cage' that
held the still unconscious slayer.
"So what is going on?" Xander asked. He was sure a lengthy tale was
forthcoming.
"I found Buffy attacking Willow in the bathroom and knocked her out with
a chair. Then we dragged her here and locked her up."
Or not so long.
"Ah, yeah. I actually meant with Will and the clothes and the war
paint."
"Priority-loss, much?" Cordelia asked in the tone of voice both Xander
and Willow had come to associate with her. To Xander's shock and
Willow's increasing familiarity Cordelia then smiled softly at Willow.
"I had some extra clothes in my locker and we got them for Will."

"Cordelia! Where are we going?" Willow asked. She was stumbling after
the cheerleader trying not to let her dizziness interfere with her next
step.
"I told you. I'm getting something from my locker." They finally stopped
in front of one of the countless lockers and Cordelia quickly opened it.
Willow was shocked at what she saw inside. The locker was filled with
make-up and various articles of clothing.
"There're no books."
"Well, d'uh! Of course not. They're in a different locker."
"Different locker? How many lockers do you have?"
"Four."
"Four?"
"Four. Ah, this is what I wanted." Cordelia took out several bottles as
well as some cloths. "Here, take these," she said as she shoved the
whole package at Willow. Uncertain what else there was to do Willow did
what she was being told. Which was to follow once again.
Back at the library Cordelia instructed Willow to sit on the table and
then started to check the bottles' labels.
"Ah, here it is. Now sit still." The brunette took a cotton pad out of a
box that Willow hadn't even seen until now and let it soak up some of
the bottle's content.
"What's that?"
"Make-up remover. Now don't move."
Before the redhead could protest the cold pad made contact with her skin
and Cordelia started to busily scrub off the all the white colour. At
least all that which didn't belong to her paleness.
"So what's Buffy's deal with the vampires? Childhood trauma or what?"
"Ahh." Willow wasn't sure if she should let Cordelia in on the slayer's
secret. On the one hand it could be dangerous to Buffy on the other hand
Cordelia had a right to know what she'd actually saved Willow from as
well as the real danger they were still in.
"This might take a while and it might be a little hard to believe but
you see there's one girl in all the world, a Chosen One.
\\
~*~
"And you believed her?" Xander asked Cordelia, the shock in his voice
easy to identify.
"Well, duh. It's kinda hard not to when there's a real vampire a couple
of feet away from you. B'sides it makes much more sense then rivalling
gangs on drugs. I've heard that story one time too much."
"Wow. I'd never thought I'd see the day, but my respect for you is
actually growing. It's still way less than zero, but with a little
time."
"Xander!" Willow admonished him. "Don't be mean. Cordelia has been
really helpful. She saved me from Buffy's attack and helped me with that
white make-up and gave me some of her cloths."
"See, this is the part I don't get. If you had different clothes why
didn't you change into them yourself?" Xander asked and took another
look at the geeky dress Cordelia still wore.
"I tried. Whenever I put something stylish on it just turns into
something horrible like this. I ruined two four-hundred dollar outfits.
Besides they look good on Willow. With a haircut and a couple a more
make-up lessons."
Xander looked at Willow again. The lather pants she was wearing were a
couple of inches too long on the smaller girl. The camisole was tight,
though. On Willow. He didn't want to think about how it'd look on
Cordelia. Actually, he already did. And he liked it!
"Xander!" From the sound of Willow's voice he knew she'd been calling
him for some time now.
"Yeah?" he answered sheepishly, trying his damnest not to look at
Cordelia.
"I asked what happened to you and Giles. Twice."
"Oh, there's a graveyard on the other side of the street."
"No, there's not," Cordelia immediately replied.
"Yes, there is."
"Isn't."
"Is."
"Isn-"
"Guys!" Willow would have been torn between annoyance and amusement
right now if she weren't so worried about Buffy. "So somebody dreamt a
graveyard across the street. Probably one of us. I'm guessing that's
were Buffy was turned?"
"Well it's where I saw her crawl out of her grave." Xander told them the
rest of the story up till the point where he and Giles split up to get
both Willow and Mrs. Summers to safety.
All sat in silence as their thoughts went to the unconscious form lying
in the cage. "Why hasn't she woken up yet?" Xander finally asked.
"I'm afraid she's dreaming."
