Re: season 7

Okay everybody get comfy, I'm going to open my mouth and only Cronos himself knows when I'll close it. My favorite scene from Miyazaki's Spirited Away is when our heroine Chihiro must wash the dreaded Stink God. Stink God oozes flith on anyone that comes close to it and nobody in the bathhouse will get close enough to it. Chihiro pours gallons upon gallons of water on it, the excess scum starts to overflow the little square that holds the bath. Chihiro keeps washing. Stink God gestures towards its center and she reaches inside and touches what she thinks is a thorn. She and the rest of the spirits in the bathhouse tug and what appears to be a solid ton of garabage is expelled. The layers of slime are at last washed away and the true form of Stink God emerges; a once great river spirit beset by human pollution. Brothas and sistas the Stink God is what our beloved show seems to have become. The garbage? Spuffy and Veiny Willow. The polluters? Joss and the rest of ME.

The washers?
US.

If you believe we have something worth saving (and I believe we do) then we must roll up our sleves and get to work. We must not let what is on the picture tube drive us to despair. Let's get down and write stories, better stories with greater respect for the characters we have come to regard as dearest friends. Wash away the pollution; it can be done, I have seen it. I see it here on a regular basis. The season six on TV was a twisted fake. The real season six is WillowX's Children of the Earth.

Remember what is under all that stink is something that is golden. We need the effort and patience to bring it out again.

So let's get out there and win one for the Gipper...okay...that was...freaky...

I'll go away now,
Patrick

"Will&are you asleep?" I heard the soft sound of her voice behind me. She was finished already.

I take a breath to compose myself. "I can't sleep." I say in shaky voice.

"Why?" She asked concerned.

"Because& I miss the sound of your heartbeat too much." I let out with a small whimper.
