FB: Fic: Mining for Gold

*waves* Hellos. ^_^ I suppose this is me finally breaking my lurker vows for a little bit, but after reading the authors notes for this one I had to make a reply. ^_^

Actually, that is pretty normal for quite bit of the bloody place. Most of the state has very little sunlight during winter which spans for most of the year.

I hate to disagree, but we wondered that at times. The thing to remember is that like everything there are always two sides of the coin. I can't remember where Fairfax is, but while winter sees very little sun, summer rarely is dark. In fact, for the months of June and July or so, we always had sun. ^_^

Hmm, interesting concept I've got to say. I am interested in seeing how you do on this. *wanders off to read*

Well, I am rather pleased. This was an excellently woven tale that easily kept my attention. I loved your characters, they were all very well written and completely believable. And your portrayal of Alaska...Very good. ^_^ It is good to see that not everybody thinks that igloos are the only housing available or that everybody is an Eskimo. ^_^

All and all, a very enjoyable tale that I would love to see more of if you planned on writing it. ^_^
