RE: Willow's Middle Name?

Sorry, but I don’t ever recall seeing anything that supported Buffy’s real name being Elizabeth.  Yes Anne is her middle name, but I don’t think in 144 episodes I can recall ever even hearing the name Elizabeth as a minor character, let alone as Buffy’s real one.
