I don't know if there are any sites dedicated specifically to pre-S5
B/W, but there are some writers that work mostly with early season
stuff.  ChimeraBloom's series was begun back in S3, apparently, and
still maintains very few post-S4 elements, although Dawn got written in.

Kimly's "Love Shack" was begun in S2 and hasn't gone near the post-grad
canon.

The Bear's work, other than his S5 B/W/T stuff, is from older seasons.

Jo (Buffywriter), whose site I just added to the BWW links (sorry, I
know the BLW links are out of date) writes HS era stuff.

So does HD Genscher.

Rainne's work (best found on Mystic Muse) is, I think, entirely
pre-Dawn.  And she did promise us something new.

VixenReign *was* doing an S4 series (cough, nudge).

And that's the recently-active stuff.  I'm assuming you've gone through
A Slayer, A Hacker and Pink Rabbit and so forth.

But you're right.  We need more S1-S4 fics, and S1-S3 fics, and more
fics in general.
