Looking for particular Buffy/Willow story

Hello.
New member here.
My system crashed a few weeks ago and I'm trying to rebuild my Buffy 
library. The story was one I read a bit ago but can't seem to find 
again. All I can remember is the following:

I'm pretty sure it's after Tara died but b4 the series end.
Willow dances for Buffy and of course other fn things happen, but what 
I remember is Willow making Buffy face some things in her life.
I think I remember Dawn being happy to see them together.

Ring any bells?
