Willow walked into the bedroom whistling quietly. Her head had a 
slight throbbing but she knew where the aspirin was and just as she 
stepped into the bedroom she lost her breath. There in front of her 
on a bed surrounded by candles was Buffy. She was wearing an 
oversized T-shirt that had ridden up until almost everything was 
obvious, and boy was everything beautiful. 

	Buffy was prepared for some excitement it seemed but her body 
had other plans and Willow giggled as the Slayer started to snore 
softly. Then a thought occurred to her, she had yet to call Xander or 
Oz. Creeping down the stairs so she would not wake Buffy Willow 
walked to the phone and dialed Oz's number.

	She smiled as she heard his quiet voice on the line. "Hey 
honey." She said quietly.
	
	"Willow, are you ok?" Oz's voice didn't hold any anger just 
concern.

	"I'm fine sweetheart, Buffy came and saw me at the school and 
there is a lot going on so I am staying the night with her and 
helping with things." Willow's eyes were closed because she knew a 
decision had to be made but she really didn't want anybody hurt.

	"You want me to come over Willow? I can bring ice cream if 
you want." He sounded so sincere.

	"No baby tonight I am just going to cheer her up. With Angel 
gone everything is just kinda crashing down on her and hey best 
friend here and thats what best friends are for right&Buffy...Willow&
best friends&"

	"Wills?" Oz said softly.

	"Grrrrrrr...I know I babbled and to think I was almost babble 
broke. I just don't want Buffy to feel abandoned by us when she needs 
us ya know." 

	"It's ok Willow just give me a call tomorrow maybe we can go 
do something."

	"Yeah totally because we don't want Oz left out. We love Oz." 
Willow smiled knowing it was making him happy.

	"Ok Willow I love you." And he hung up the phone softly. Just 
as Willow hung up the receiver she sensed someone else in the room. 
Closing her eyes she knew Buffy had heard everything. As soon as she 
turned around she realized that she was right and judging from the 
closed off expression she heard everything.

	"Buffy&I&" The redhead was heading up the stairs towards her 
love.

	"Ya know what Wills that little nap helped a lot, you can go 
now if you want. I realize you probably have plans and I shouldn't 
inter&"

	"Buffy." Willow knew the Slayer was hurt.

	"Seriously Willow it's all good. Mom will be home soon so you 
don't have to worry about me taking off and I promised I wouldn't 
anyway."

	"Buffy, I can't break up with him yet. That's not an 
overnight thing ya know."

	The Slayer laughed cynically "I wouldn't know I just kill the 
ones I love."

	The redhead groaned in frustration, it was obvious she was 
dealing with a very upset Slayer.
	
	"Do you think everything I said to you was just to get you to 
stay? Believe me when I say I am not that shallow." Just the thought 
of Buffy thinking that upset Willow greatly.

	"I don't recall saying that Willow but it makes it a little 
less believable, your little love proclamation, considering you just 
said the same thing to somebody else." 

	The redhead was about to reply when they heard the front door 
open. Both girls shut up as Joyce walked into the house talking about 
plans she made for a dinner party with everybody. After the three had 
sat down and discussed it quietly (two girls not speaking at all) 
they had it planned. Everybody including Oz would be there.

	Joyce yawned and pronounced it was off to bed for them all. 
Willow was about to say something when Buffy grabbed her hand and 
pulled a little harshly. "Yeah Willow I am tired too when we get up 
we can go shopping."

	Only when the two girls reached the bedroom was the silence 
broken again. "I have to apologize Willow I overreacted."

	The Wicca almost took her up on it when she realized Buffy 
never apologizes. "Buffy, what are you talking about?" There was a 
slight hint of desperation in her voice. Buffy had distanced herself 
just in a matter of minutes. 

	"I mean I told you we would take our time so that we would 
both know this is not a mistake. I tried to rush you but that won't 
happen again. Take all the time you need to get your situation 
squared away."

	Willow walked behind her and instantly sensed the desperation 
in the Slayer.

	"Buffy, I love you baby. You have to believe that and I know 
it is totally unfair of me to ask this of you but I just need a 
little time." The redhead moved the Slayer around so they were face 
to face. Tears filled the Slayer's eyes, which were filled with 
confusion.

	"I know you do Wills." Buffy leaned her forehead against 
Willow's. 

	"It's just kinda hard for me to hear you say you love 
somebody else." The Slayer admitted weakness, which was unusual.

	"Buffy I do love Oz but not like your thinking. He was my 
first and a really good friend I just need time to figure out how to 
do this."

	The Slayer pulled Willow on the bed and snuggled close to 
her. Willow turned around and Buffy felt moisture seep into her 
panties as the redhead's breath was flowing onto her flesh.

	"Wills?" the Slayer whimpered closing her legs, trying to 
ease the throbbing there. Willow smiled and pushed her thigh in 
between Buffy's and started to rub her thigh against Buffy making the 
Slayer bite her lip hard.

	"Let me do that baby." Willow pulled the Slayer's lip in 
between her teeth and was just about to&hands were touching and 
flicking a nipple&Willow's thigh was starting to move fast as both 
girls were highly aroused&then.

	Ring&Ring&

	"By the gods." Willow whimpered collapsing and breathing 
heavily.

	Buffy grabbed the phone wishing the damn thing had been 
disconnected. She shot a look of apology to Willow who nodded. 

	"Hello" 

	"Yes. Are you sure Giles?" Willow could see the look of 
confusion in her love's eyes. 
	
	"Uhmmm ok well I will be there in the morning."

	Buffy hung up the phone and Willow questioned on what was 
wrong.

	"It seems there is a new Slayer in town." Buffy still looked 
confused as she tried to figure out how that could happen.

	"How? That can't happen unless&oh&Kendra." The redhead could 
have hit herself as she saw the pain in Buffy's eyes. 
	
	"We have to go see Giles in the morning. He said she seems 
kinda dazed and disoriented but it will be ok until tomorrow." The 
Slayer blew out the one remaining lit candle and snuggled with Willow 
hoping all her problems would have a simple resolution.
