I'd call this ending a semi-cliffhanger.

But other than that, this part was beautiful. You managed to phrase every sentence, every paragraph
in a way, that made it impossible to find any mistakes and it was written in such a beautiful way,
that I am now happy that I was one of those you shared this with.

You should be really proud of this part, because it is a very good story.
