At a guess you got it from talking on email or faxes with too many British businessmen (city-wankers in particular) - its very common here in a business text and I do it way too much, including (horror of horrors) even going so far as saying "Best regards" way too often
Me and talking to somebody else than you? Impossible. You are the only ppl I even dare to talk to, too many crazy guys out there to be safe anywhere else.

On the other hand, I may be talking rubbish here, cause I'm now up since 32 hours and am pretty tired. But that's ok, I've gon my site up and quite much finished, so I'm happy :-)
