I just re-read "Psych Ward Blues" and I just got the joke. I'm surprised no one else noticed 
it. Sarah? They think her name's Sarah? Wasn't this an episode of the Twilight Zone? I 
guess that we should really get concerned if they try to convince Buffy that Willow's real 
name is Alyson. Evil, Shyfox. Evil.
