Nominations:

- Unfinished stories may not be nominated in any category but the 'Best Unfinished Story'
and 'Best Series'.

- Stories that are nominated NEED to be located at one of the sites listed. If you know of
a story at another site, send me the link before nominating it.

- Authors CAN nominate their own work, as can those who created artwork nominate their own
images.

- You CAN nominate stories that have been added to any of the websites after 9/15/00, but
ONLY if they are available through there during nominations (so in other words, before
9/25).

- If a story is not in the correct category, or is unfinished (and not nominated in
Unfinished or Series) than I reserve the right to discard it, or place it into the proper
category (i.e. an 11-parter nominated in the Novella (-10) will be placed into the Epic
(10+) category).

- Any story that was nominated in the previous awards *can not* be nominated a second time
in that same category. You *can* nominate if for another category. This does *not* apply
to the author category. If an author that was nominated in the first awards has continued
to write b/w stories, they can be re-nominated.
