Yes part 'c' will follow, when I don't know but hopefully soon.

While at first I considered the idea of letting Willow be a free roaming
spirit, i.e. 'Ghost' which is actually what first gave me the idea to write
this, I eventually reconciler and went with the idea that ghosts are
tethered to something (most of the time their place of death). The 'power
lines' are sort of a cross between the idea of magical ley lines and power
lines in the computer world of 'Tron' (Appropriate for our little
Wiccan-hacker).

One of the reasons my writing takes so long is because I obsess over
details. It was probably missed by most people, but in chapter 1, the
bright light that Willow averted her eyes from was actually her tunnel to
the afterlife (from IOHEFY).

I'm trying. I've got to get through with 'Hush' because I've got 4 other
fics that are demanding my immediate attention, including a long awaited
chapter 3 to 'Slave to Love'.
