If you join a coven, then there may be some sort of small hierarchy,
meaning that there's usually a High Priestess and/or High Priest that
leads the coven, but that's about it. Wiccans don't go in for a lot
of supervision. :)

There is nothing set in stone, if someone does have rites then they
probably learned it from their High Priest/ess and put them into their
Book of Shadows.

The two that most all Wiccans have in common are the Goddess and the
God. Most Wiccans believe that all other deities are aspects of those
two. If you practice a certain type of Wicca (like Celtic Wicca,
Norse Wicca, Dianic Wicca) then you may also worship other deities,
like the Greek pantheon, or the Celtic, or Norse pantheons.
