Okay guys I guess it's my turn to throw in my $0.02 worth and see if it
helps.

First Wycca is just one of a wide spectrum of Pagan and Earth based
religions. The hierarchies, rituals, and deities are as diverse as there
are groups of followers. 

I'm a practicing Druid myself which is a whole different concept than
Wycca and I wouldn't want to confuse things by throwing that out there.

I'm sure you will receive a multitude of answers and I wouldn't want to
say if some are right or wrong, that debate is best left for another
forum. 

As far as deities are concerned a friend of mine (an ex actually) who is
a priestess told me that they basically show homage to the Goddess in
her three forms maiden, mother, crone and the god or the Green Man and
various other names.

This is not the all encompassing or "right" answer, it is simply the way
one group that I know handles it.
