I'm quite sure that a full scale war won't be necessary. 

Now let's see a title as impressive as "Queen Dork of the Universe"
should involve the passing of some kind of test. 

Hummmmmmmmm.....

Okay I got it, as an official list nobody, I suggest that a panel be put
together consisting of a selection of some of the outstanding geeks,
dweebs, dorks, freaks, and all manor of mutant outcasts and have these
individuals devise a test. It should be an overall view of your innate
dorkiness and should include multiple choice and essay questions. 

Once the contestants have submitted their answers either set up an all
star panel to judge or better yet up a poll and let the list vote. 

The winner to be declared publicly to be "Queen Dork of the Universe"

What cha think? Not bad for an old gimped up biker with a partially drug
and alcohol fried brain huh? }:-P
