OT, but of interest

I just dug up some news regarding a new Slayerific project from the twisted genius that is Joss Whedon, from Comic Shop News,

Dark Horse Comics, the comic company that owns the francise rights to "Buffy The Vampire Slayer" and "Angel", will be putting out a new eight-issue project next year called "Fray". Written by Joss Whedon(maybe you've hear of him...), the story is set five hundred years after the events of the series. For the last few hundred years or so, vampires and demons haven't been sighted, and the world has been safe. But now, the vampires are returning in this cyber-punk future, a new Slayer has been called, and there is no Watcher's Council to help her. Cool huh?

"Fray" will debut in early 2001, and may not be the only comic project Joss is writing for Dark Horse. Word is that he plans a story involving Faith.

See ya when I see ya,
