Very nice story, and Joyce taking Kate aside to ask her intentions
toward Cordilia very good and a natural reaction considering where they
live. 

You've really shown some amazing insights throughout this story arc,
keep on going I'm sure you can come up with a lot more ground to cover
yet.

BTW doesn't Cordy's personality just scream "party planner", at least it
did to me.

I'm looking forward to your next one.
