Actually 2 questions...

I just saw this past weeks ep, where we find out about Tara's background, 
and I was wondering...

1) Did anybody catch Tara's last Name?

2) Did the revelations remind anyone else (besides me that is) of a Robert 
Adams book in the "Horseclans" Saga (I think it was "Woman of the Clans", 
but don't quote me as I haven't read it in over 10 years)?
