new Buff/Angel mailing list

Please excuse the mass posting, but I figured this was the easiest way
without writing the same letter 30+ times or forgetting and posting two
or more times on any list.

There's a brand new eGroups list that just started up earlier this
month. It's called AfricanAmericanBtvsorAngelFans. So if there are any
African American Buffy/Angel fans out there, please check the list out.
There's only a few of us so far and I'm beginning to feel a little
lonely out there.

Seeing as I can recall only five blacks the whole how-many-seasons of
Buffy (Kendra, Forrest, Absalom, Mr. Trick, and Spike's second Slayer in
New York) I can imagine the show is not a big draw for 'the black
audience' but I can't be the only black vampire groupie...uh, fan out in
cyberspace.

(I deliberately didn't count Gunn, or anyone else from 'Angel'. I
missed that whole time period of Angel and plead ignorance of what ever
was going on then. All know is that his sister was turned, Gunn met up
with Angel, and then had to kill her. I just know from what little I've
seen that there should be much more blacks and Hispanics around. This
IS supposed to be Los Angeles, after all.)
