Fic: "Untitled Challenge Fiction" (In answer to Quindo Ma's Challenge)

"Untitled Challenge Fiction"

Disclaimer: I don't own them though even if they were real I won't want to own them...play with them...uh, quiet is good. The teaching tactics in hereare what I use to teach my friends and might not be the right way to do itbut it is working pretty good so far. There is cussing, wierdness, and more then likely this will give you the wiggins. Also I have taken some liberties with the housing arrangments, added a AD&D refference, and such. This was written in a short amount of time and has not been beta read. Never write something after having a ton of caffine and your entire family over for thanksgiving!

"Okay Buffy take a deep breath and focus on what you are trying to do withthe magic. Not all spells need words to work." Willow instructs and watches as Buffy focuses on the candle flame. After a short while Buffy groans.
"I'm never going to get the hang of this. I should just stick to killing the demons and vamps." Buffy states frustrated. Willow just smiles patientlyand takes Buffy's hands in hers.
"Try it again. This time whisper the words while you are focusing on what you are doing... I know you can do this Buffy." Willow says and watches as Buffy focuses again on the candle and starts whispering the words of the spell. Shortly after the last word the sound of thunder is heard followed by a flash of lighting and a scream. The girls spring up of the floor and lookout the window in the courtyard outside a willow tree has been set a flameby the lighting. Willow closes her eyes and mumbles some words and the flames are soon gone and the tree is back to it's semi-old self.
"I almost killed that beautiful willow tree! God I am so lame!" Buffy saysand flops onto her bed.
"You are not lame! That was good for your first try at weather summoning. You just have to practice." Willow says while blowing out the candle and putting it away. She then sits down on the bed next to Buffy. "Besides it's not as bad as when you turned 'Xander's underwear blue, or the time that youmade Giles's voice so loud that the entire house heard him singing in the shower." Willow says and the girls start giggling remembering the incidents. They get up and walk downstairs to the kitchen. They find 'Xander, Anya, and Giles sitting around the table.
"I'm telling you that The Price Is Right is the best gameshow ever!" 'Xander says and stuffs a chocolate scone in his mouth.
"But that Millionaire show has a much better pay off and I would have a better chance winning." Anya says. The two continue arguing about which gameshow is better while Giles tries to ignore them.
"Goddess would you two just shut the hell up about that! I just say you two should move on to a different topic...like weither Felicity is better than Dawson's fucking Creek or not. At least in that one Giles could join in."Willow says moving to get some sodas for Buffy and herself while the otherfour people in the room stare at her.
"Teaching not going well?" Giles asks.
"I tried to burn down the Willow tree in the courtyard. I think I should give up." Buffy says and pouts.
"You are not giving up because I am not giving up...Do I have to pull out the resolve face?" Willow asks sternly. Buffy shakes her head and Willow smiles sweetly. "Now, drink this and go take a nap. We'll start again afterwards okay?" Willow asks. Buffy guzzles down the soda before running up the stairs.
"You just want to hear her talk in her sleep again." Anya states and Willow glares at her.
"I can't help it if it is cute that she talks about Monty Python and me inher sleep. Last night she kept saying 'Watch out for the Vorpel bunny! Where is the holy hand grenade?!' and then later she started dreaming this really juicing dream about....I'm being quiet now." Willow says as she takes her soda up the stairs the others looking at her wierd once again.
