A fanfic challenge - Mary Sue is so Charmed

This one's a bit of a crossover type. In case anyone doesn't
know a 'Mary Sue' is a character in a story that is the writer
(explicitly or disguised in someway) themselves. Originally the
term only applied to situations where that character was admired
by characters or did admirable things, it was a derogatory term
as it was (and probably still is) felt that to do so is a form of
self agrandizment.

XOver : Charmed (kind of)
Timing : Anytime for Buffy, for Charmed Phoebe is in college.
POV : Phoebe (one of the 3 witches/sisters in Charmed)
Background : Phoebe, as we know from a comment in an episode of
Charmed (in it's first season IIRC), watches Buffy. For the
purpose of this fic she is a huge fan, she's in the Buffy fanclub
at college (if you don't want her college to have a Buffy fanclub
then a society that revolves around the SF&F/Horror Genre), she's
got all the videos that have come out, she's on loads of Buffy
mailing lists, might even have her own Buffy related website and
she writes Buffy fanfic.  
Senario : Phoebe is writing a Buffy fanfic and falls asleep at
her laptop. She begins to dream herself into the fic, here we're
borrowing slightly from the concept of a play within a play that
Shakepeare sometimes used (eg "Midsummers Nights Dream" or
"Hamlet"). The dream is semi lucid in that Phoebe can control
her own actions and has some control (although she doesn't
realise it) over the events but she is not aware that it is a
dream.

Conditions :

Must Include :

* A quotation or description of the opening of the fic that
Phoebe is writing before she falls asleep.
* Phoebe using her power (seeing future events) in the dream.
* Someone casting a spell.

Should include at least 2 of :

During the waking segment :

* Mention of at least one of the following web sites :
* Little Willows Slayground
* Essense of Amber
* ExtraFlamey
* Between The Sheets
* The Kitten, The Witches and the Bad Wardrobe
* Watcher Web
* Willows Witchy Ways
* A Slayer, A Hacker
* Heart of the Slayer
* Wiccan Ways

* Phoebe having met one of the stars of Buffy and had her photo
taken with them.

* Phoebe having a crush (major or minor, it's up to you) on one
of the male stars.

During the dream :

* A f/f kiss.

* Phoebe being saved from a vamp by someone other than Buffy.

* A trip to the Bronze.

* Giles singing.

* Buffy being impressed by a martial arts move that Phoebe uses
on a vamp or demon.

* A kitten, puppy or other small animal falling asleep on
someones lap.

* A pizza being ordered, delivered and consumed.

* Xander eating a twinkie in one mouthful (like in 'Inca Mummy
Girl'), someone else tries it and chokes then coughs spraying
Twinkie pieces all over.

* Someone trying to say something in a modern language other than
English, messing up and being corrected.

* Someone runs into a tree, tombstone or similar object whilst
not looking where they're running and gets lightly stunned.
