As far as I know (doesn't really mean that much as it may imply), this has never been said on the
show. All we know is that Faith came as third slayer to the show, after Buffy and Kendra. Since she
was called later than Buffy, a lot of ppl assume that she's younger, and the rest have probably been
conviced by those who believe it ;-)
