There's something else we might want to consider. The test Buffy had to take as she was 18. The only
way this could not have affected Faith before Buffy, was if Faith was younger, or if that test was
supposed to happen in the time she was on the run from Kakistos, between when she lost her old
watcher, and when she met up with Giles.

Since I personally think that if this would have been the case, she would have had to do the test
when she got to Giles, or not too long afterwards, it seems pretty obvious that she would have to be
younger than Buffy.

But I think that's just an idea from me
