RE: MAJOR! I mean really MAJOR, HUGE! Feedba ck
Thanks for the feedback. And just for the record, I was a special ed major,
still work in that field and though I can't make a straight line with a
ruler, I love to just sit and color in coloring books. I use a lot of
coloring books in my work with clients. So I guess I am really a sick
person, but I can tell you coloring with or without elf paintbrushes is very
relaxing. Anyway most of my work is posted at
http://members.spree.com/entertainment/kerrison29/Buffy.htm Bill's site.
YEAH BILL

KATE!
Which is were Bored was posted. I just did a repost after I changed a few
things I felt needed work. Which is why I reposted before I added new
chapters. Thanks again.

Subject: MAJOR! I mean really MAJOR, HUGE! Feedback
Ok, hi everyone! Well, the Christmas Holidays have finally moved. I kind of
laugh because those were
suppose to be the days I could kind of sit back and take things easy. Boy
was I wrong. Being out of school
and getting ready for Christmas is not fun. It seems like instead of
relaxing you do double the work that you usually work. And to make matters
worse, during this time I was trying to change computers. That was an
even bigger pain in the neck. I found the computer I wanted, but they didn't
have it in. So fine, order it and they said it would be in, in about two
weeks. At the time, my mom and I thought that it would be fine, that way I
could at least get the computer for my birthday. So, here comes the b-day
and the computer is still not in. Dang! Fine, I don't care I can use my
cousin's. And the bad side, is internet is screwed. But now things are
calming down. I'm finally back at school and I'm thinking straight. My
printer's out but I don't care anymore. The new, new computer should be in
by the end of this week. Then some new programming and I'm ready to go.
Now, why I wrote all that I'm really not sure. But it's been a while since
I've sent anything in. I finally got
something's together and I've been reading like there is no tomorrow. This
is what I got so far, I know that
I've read more than this but I'll just start with these few. And yes, some
of these are even stories that were
written for Christmas. I'm sorry to be responding so late but here goes.
First of all I noticed quite a few new bards on the list.
Regina, Silent Prayers was great. I was really feeling what you wrote out.
Angelina, all I can say is WOW. I read your first story but as I look at my
screen, I cannot for the life of me remember what the name was. I want to
say that it was Mind Games, but don't quote me on it. And then you
had two shorter stories, I think something about observations, I really
can't think but they were great. And right now, your current stories of A
Night For Reflection and A Day Of Revelation, they are looking great too.
Keep up the great work and I can't wait to read how you conclude.
C.S., I am loving your Fable stories. From the very beginning when Buffy and
Will were trying to touch each
others faces while they had their eyes closed I was hooked.
Quindo Ma, Hide and Seek, great story.
Kimber, beloved listmom (I didn't even know we had parents), when I read
Someone Else That's Not Me, I
wanted to kick you. But not in a bad way. This was a great piece of
fanfiction and it actually made me cry. Of course I was not well before I
read it, but none the less, great, great story.
Brian, I loved Exorcise. How you turned Kimber's request in a totally
opposite direction I'll never know. But you did it and it came out good. I
love the way your mind thinks.
Shadow, I haven't seen it lately, but I'm probably not looking, but anyway,
Alibi is wonderful. I really like
the idea of Riley gone and dead and everyone happy he's that way. What he
did to Willow...well, even I
would've killed him. Keep up the good work.
Shyfox, WOW! WOW! WOW! What else can anyone say? First of all, since it was
for Christmas, I really loved Buffy's style on your Night Before Christmas.
On Tell Me I Was Dreaming, dear God I was in tears for almost a day. I had
been reading each part as it came out but once I got the last one I re-read
them one more time all together. Truly a great story and continuation on the
entire series. The same for Stranger In My House. I am almost afraid to
touch it because it hurts so much. But hurt is good and the story is like
beyond greatness. The whole baby and the baby's room I guess is what is
hurting me the most.
Tony! Tony, Tony, Tony! Terra Australis, what a wonderful way to make it
happily ever after for all 3
friends. Just the word Trinity sounds like Wow. I can't wait to see how
Trinity's Child comes out.
And on the subject of Incognito and Trinity, Jim D, again you have stepped
into a story line wonderfully. La Vita Nuove, at first, the idea of a three
way with Xander didn't sound all that hot, but the way you wrote it was
beautiful. You didn't make it a wild, hormone induced fantasy, you made it
very meaningful. Again,
wonderful installment.
Femvamp, you have another interesting story on your hands. The Wrong Side of
Destiny is looking really
good. I really loved how Joyce is the leader. Buffy and the Scoobs vamped
out is just great. Also, I know
this is late but, Never Been Born was also good. And since I'm here, The
Story, what I've managed to read
so far, from the very beginning I've been hooked.
Cilia, MI: Code Willow. First of all let me say that I'm really not a huge
MI fan, but I can't stop reading your story. It's just getting better as it
goes. All the interaction with Buffy/Willow and Faith is perfect. I can
actually picture these things as I'm reading. Plus, I real big fan of Faith
on the good side and still as bad ass as ever. Keep it up and I can't wait
to see what happens when the gang heads out to the Vatican.
Sam, it has been a long time. For a while there you were gone, and then you
came back, and then you were
gone, but as far as I've read your back now and that's all that matters. I
love you, did you know that? Well
that's beside the point. Triad was good, I really liked it. And Realms, oh
thank God I found another part in
my box. For awhile I thought you had forgotten about it. I love Realms, as I
said before, the softer side of
Faith is just appealing. You're a great writer, keep it up, and I can't wait
to see how Realms turns out.
Carol, how you find time for so much writing will always amaze me. The
Synchronicity Solution, I haven't
seen another post but I hope it's coming soon. The way you moved around
from time to time blew me away.
I'm not fond of the Riley hook up, but ultimately he's dead and you have a
great story. I've also just
finished reading the second part to 5 Points On A Pentagram. I am so happy
that you didn't limit Buffy to
only being with Willow. Don't get me wrong, I am a diehard Buffy/Willow fan,
but I think 5 versions of
Buffy and Will might have over done it. And I've just read up to part 10 on
Exquisitely Bored...I love it.
Buffy and Will trading places and Cordy and Xander basically trading places.
And the whole Buffy/Cordy
friendship of a lifetime, it's just so cute. Buffy's crush only adds to
vulnerability you show in Buffy. She's a kick ass fighter with her attitude,
but you still manage to make her soft, I love it. Everyone knows that
Buffy's gay, love that too. I can't wait to see what happens with Angel's
female version you've added to the mix. And, I think I saw this fic posted
when I first joined this list, your title says this is a repost. But is
there a site where I could find this entire story? I know I've seen it
before. Or, should I just wait for you to post it here with any corrections
or changes you may be doing. Help me. Help me. I can't wait to see how this
story goes on. FINALLY, I am an art major, I have been doing art since about
5th grade. Still nothing could've prepared me for Coloring. This story just
blew me away. You added a whole new life to my love of art and especially
coloring. If you go through my room you can find at least 10 random boxes of
colors, markers, color pencils, and even paints. If you walk through my
house you can find coloring items in every single room. So basically, I
totally loved this story. In all my years in study and actually doing it I
could've never come up with this particular way of painting. Like I told
Sam, I love you too Carol. I can't wait to see what you come up with next.
So that's it for now. It's almost midnight and I really can't think any
more. For all other bards that I know I
missed (it's late), I'm sorry I missed you but I'm loving your stories too.
I know there are others I want to praise right now but the harder I try the
more I seem to forget who I'm thinking about. So, every bard of the board,
great job. And really quick, because I just remembered. There is a story, Be
My Valentine I think is what it's called. I can't remember who the author
is, but this is turning out to be a great story also. I can't wait to see
how you finish things up. And with that said, I know I've taken a lot of
your time so I'll just get going now. With this post I should've caught up
with my readings so I'll try to stay on task from here on out. Great reads
from everyone I can't wait to read more. Now I'm out. Laters all.
