I would suggest you try to resend this part, so that it gets the proper formatting.
Also, it's always a bad idea to do this in HTML, then ==> Text and then back to HTML.
When changing the formatting to text in Outlook (Express), it always turns the whole text into a
huge chunk, which just looks like what you sent out.
