I have this mental image of the central part of an invasion plan to
invade Australia being to get fifth columnists to instigate a 24 hour
Buffy marathon. The bomber pilots are told to make sure they *don't*
hit TV stations or transmitters.

Yeah, but once they start running fourth season eps, especially anything involving Riley or the Initiative, the Australians will regroup, and kick the invaders asses. Then they'll top off the fifth season eps with their beer of choice, maybe toasting the memory of Joyce Summers.
