cilia how about trying to write a b/w crossover with either the lone 
gunmen which later on brings in mulder and scully or just mulder and 
scully.try to concentrate on from graduation night.this can be either 
a buffy loves willow or a buffy wants willow story according to your 
decision.a possible scenario would be that the lone gunmen or the fbi 
were investigating the death of mayor wilkins and that either the 
lone gunmen or an fbi agent came upon a video tape from a security 
camera or video camera that was dropped in the stampede that showed 
the graduation cerimony and what happened.i think you can take it 
from there if you like my suggestion if not make up your own the rest
