new fic challenge (anyone up to it??)

Okay this is a deviation of the movie challenge I read somewhere for 
a shippy B/W fic.

The fic must have the following:
1) Sunnydale gets visited by one or two of Buffy's cousins 
(preferably one of SMG's characters from any movie she's been in, 
Kathryn Merteuil from CI and Amanda Shelton from Simply Irresistible 
for example)
2) While one might try to seduce Willow or change her look, the other 
tries to get Buffy and Willow together.
3) Help in resolving things must come from an unlikely source.
4) It must have a slumber party where all of the females from BTVS 
are in attendance. (Imagine Faith and Kathryn yikes!!!!)
5) Last but not least Willow puts a spell on Kathryn (ANYTHING goes)
