How about during 'Who Are You?' or just before Willow and Tara realise
that whilst they're really good friends and attracted to each other
there isn't that spark there that makes them lovers. Willow realises
that it's really Buffy she wants. At the end of 'Who Are You?' Buffy
manages to stop Faith leaving and convinces her to stay (maybe after
seeing what it's like to be Faith she has a revelation). Tara
befriends Faith and whoah! Sparkage!!!

Anyone want to have a crack at it?
