OT: Announcing a new awards site

Hi everybody. I'm really really behind on my feedbacking duties but 
I promise that as soon as my exams are over I'll get back on track as 
there have been some really excellent fics of late. In the meantime 
I don't think this has been posted on this list so I thought I'd do 
the honours.
