Buffy and Angel and the characters and storylines.I do not know who 
owns the rights to Highlander or Highlander the raven.Sam Raimi and 
Rob Tapert own the rights to xena and its characters and storylines.I 
am not stealing from them i am only using the characters and 
storylines in a fanfic story with some characters i added in.The 
story is not to be posted or distributed anywhere without my 
knowledge or the complete authorization of the owners of those three

Anya said why did the powers that be send them three swords each 
they only need one to fight with.Amy said according to Cassandra most 
immortals have several swords that they can fight with since there is 
no telling when a sword might be damaged or lost.Oz looked at 
Cassandra and he said how exactly can you lose a sword.Cassandra said 
well it could get stolen or convisgated by the police since swords 
are considered deadly weapons and people arent supposed to walk 
around armed with them.Willow said but you told me and Buffy that we 
would have to keep a sword with us wherever we went how can we do 
that and not have them taken.Cassandra said well you will have to get 
coats like most of us immortals wear that has a sewn in deep pocket 
in which we hide our swords in.Giles said it would have to be an 
overcoat to hide a sword and Cassandra nodded yes.Buffy looked over 
at willow and she said looks like were both getting leather overcoats 
and then grinned.Willow looked over at Buffy and she said there are 
overcoats that are made out of other materials besides 
leather.Cassandra said yes there are Willow but the best overcoats 
are made out of leather and i suggest you both get one.Oz said where 
can they get leather overcoats that have the hidden deep pocket 
already sewn in.Cassandra said there is a specialty store up in 
Sacremento called O'Dells and you can get them to make you 
overcoats.Joyce said how expensive do the coats ussually 
run.Cassandra said between three and four thousand dollars but they 
are really worth it.Willow whistled and she said boy this is week is 
really getting expensive.Joyce looked at Willow and said what do you 
mean.Willow said well first my car gets trashed so i am going to have 
to buy another one,then Xander and Gunn spend a million dollars on 
firepower,and now we are going to have to buy two leather overcoats 
which will cost about eight thousand dollars altogether.Joyce looked 
at Buffy and said did i hear her right and Buffy said yes mom you 
did.Joyce looked at Giles and she said Giles did you know about 
Xander and Gunn spending a million dollars on firepower.Giles looked 
over at Xander with a grimace on his face and he said i was told that 
they had bought some firepower when i got home from this store this 
afternoon but i didnt know that he had spent a million dollars on it 
and nor did i give them approval to buy any firepower at all.Xander 
said but Giles we needed those guns and stuff and i am glad we have 
them now.Joyce said where are they and Amy said they are downstairs 
in the armory which is locked up.Giles looked at Joyce and said 
access to the armory has been restricted and now only me and you have 
access to it.Joyce smiled and then she looked at Xander and she said 
Xander where did you get the million dollars you spent on the guns 
and stuff.Xander said i got it from the group funds.The next second 
Tara,Buffy,Giles,Joyce,Amy,Oz,Willow,and Anya jumped up and started 
yelling at 
him. 

A few seconds Cordelia started banging on the top of the table and 
then yelled everyone please sit down so we can discuss this in a nice 
quiet manner.Joyce said Cordelia is right and then they all sat down 
in their chairs.Gunn said whats the big deal about where Xander got 
the money from.Buffy said the group fund is only supposed to be drawn 
from in time of emergencies like if we had to leave this place and go 
on the run because of who or what we were facing.Angel said Xander 
you were wrong to take money out of the group fund and Gunn said i am 
afraid i have to agree with Angel and the others on this 
Xander.Willow said Xander i know it looks like we are all very well 
of here but there is only so much money that we have access to and we 
cant just blow it on things no matter how much we want to.Xander said 
thats easy for you to say your a multi millionaire unlike the rest of 
us.Willow looked at Xander and she said the money i have means 
nothing to me but you and the others do and i dont want to loose any 
of you and for your information i am not a multi millionaire i barely 
have two million dollars and most of that is invested.Joyce looked at 
Willow and she said wow hold on Willow and then she said when we were 
moving into this place you told us that you had over nineteen million 
dollars.Giles said Willow please tell us that you didnt spend all 
that money or lose it in the stock market.Willow said i didnt lose it 
but i did invest it into the stocks.Joyce said why didnt you tell us 
how bad you were doing in the stock market we would have had you pull 
whatever money you had left out of it.Willow said its not exactly my 
money anymore and then she looked at Anya.Buffy said what do you mean 
by that.Anya said what she means is that me and Willow opened seven 
accounts at the stock brokerage company i use and she deposited two 
million dollars into each account and i have been investing the money 
from each of those accounts.Xander looked at Anya and he said but you 
are great with the stock market.Anya said yes i am and the money in 
each of the accounts has doubled.Oz said I'm mixed up and Amy said 
you arent the only one.Joyce said Willow Anya will one of you please 
explain how Willow had nineteen million dollars a few months ago 
which she deposited into seven different accounts which you have been 
taking money from and investing it and you have doubled the money but 
Willow says she only has two million dollars.Willow said go ahead 
Anya your better at this than i am.Anya said its quite simple the 
accounts we opened up dont belong to Willow they belong to seven 
other people who are sitting around this table at this very 
moment.Everybody but Anya and Willow were shocked and then Giles said 
what do you mean the accounts belong to seven other people around 
this table.Willow said I wanted to make sure that all of you would be 
finacially ok if something happened to me.Joyce said Willow you 
should have discussed this with us before you did it.Buffy said she 
is right Willow you really should have.Willow said well i already did 
it and i am not taking one cent back and her resolve look appeared on 
her face.Giles said you cant be serious and Anya said she is 
perfectly serious and i understand where she is coming from.Xander 
looked at Anya and he said why didnt you tell me about this and Anya 
said Willow got me to promise not to tell you or anyone else until 
she felt that it was the right time.Cordelia said hold it there is 
something i dont understand.Cordelia said if Willow only deposited 
two million into each of the accounts that only adds up to fourteen 
million what happened to the rest.Anya said willow gave me two 
million and i deposited it into the account i already had and then 
invested it.Gunn said so each of you with the exception of Willow has 
four million dollars in the accounts that were set up for you.Willow 
said yes they do and they are going to keep it.Giles said Willow let 
us at least return the two million dollars you first deposited into 
each of our accounts.Willow started to say no when Buffy and Joyce 
told her it was only fair that they pay her back.Willow thought a 
second and then she said i will let each of you pay me the two 
million back when you each have seven million in the account.Amy said 
why wait until we have seven million and Willow said because you will 
have five million dollars afterwards and you should all be able to 
live off that money for the rest of your lives if you invest it 
wisely.Joyce said well i guess we can do that and Giles said yes we 
can but i want you word Willow that you will take the money back 
without any arguement and Willow said you have my word.Buffy looked 
at Xander and she said there is still the matter of the million 
dollars that Xander took from the group fund to discuss.Giles said it 
is only fitting that since Xander took the million dollars from the 
group fund that he have to replace what he took.Xander said i will 
gladly replace the money i took and Anya said good i will arrange to 
withdraw a million from your account and put it back in the group 
fund. 

Willow picked up the armored gauntlet and she said Cassandra do you 
have any idea why they sent this to me along with the 
swords.Cassandra looked at the armored gauntlet and she said some 
japanese samurai wore armored gauntlets like that to support their 
wrists when they were training to use swords and in battle.Willow 
said so i am to wear it to support my wrist.Cassandra said yes and 
from the look of it it will also protect the hand it is on from 
swordblades.Buffy said hey why didnt i get an armored gauntet.Angel 
said the powers that be probably think that your wrists are strong 
enough to support the swords without one.Giles said dont worry Buffy 
we can have some armored gauntlets made for you as well as another 
one made for Willow.Buffy said good thinking and we can make them out 
of a real hard alloy like titanium which almost any sword would have 
a hard time damaging the 
gauntlets. 

Tara said according to the scroll the dreg'nah ritual you are to 
do must be done a forenight before the solstice eve and that means it 
must be done six days from today.Cassandra said yes you are correct 
and there are some items that must be gathered for the ritual.Giles 
said if you dont have some of the stuff you need please let me know i 
might have it either here or at the magic box which i own.Cassandra 
took the scroll out of her pocket and she quickly read over the part 
that covered the ritual and what was needed for it to be 
done.Cassandra knew that she had almost everything neccessary back at 
her house with the exception of dried silver lily petals and she told 
giles this.Giles said i dont have any of those but i know where i can 
get my hands on some quite quickly.Angel said i will have Gunn stop 
by Jasper's mystic exporium and get some for you and we will send it 
down by Cordelia.Cordelia said hey when did i get demoted down to 
being the gopher in the group the last time i check i was the seer of 
the triad.Angel said Cordelia i need you to do it because i cant and 
Jasper hates Gunn's guts.Cordelia said ok but i get to use your car 
to get around in and Angel said ok.Giles said Angel i need Gunn to do 
a favor for me when you all get back to Los Angeles.Gunn said what do 
you need me to do.Giles said i need you to contact Wesley and arrange 
to set up a meeting where you will give him a letter that i will 
write before you leave.Angel said you had better write it now because 
we will be leaving as soon as you have it ready because we have done 
what we came to do.Giles stood up and said i will go write it 
immedietly and he walked out of the conference room.Willow said 
Cassandra while Giles is busy writing the letter to Wesley why dont 
you let me show you the items that were in the same room with the 
books that belonged to Mayor Wilkins.Joyce said thats a good idea and 
Cassandra said yes it is because i am quite interested in the things 
that he had since i saw the collection of books he had.For the next 
twelve minutes Cassandra looked at the assortment of items that had 
belonged to Mayor Wilkins and a number of the items seriously alarmed 
her.Cassandra had Willow and Joyce who had stayed to help her while 
the others headed for other areas place the items which alarmed her 
onto the table next to the stack of six books that were going to be 
given to the legacy.A minute later Giles entered the conference room 
and he saw that Cassandra was still looking through the items.Giles 
walked over to Joyce and asked her if Cassandra had found anything 
she considered dangerous among the items.Joyce nodded and then 
pointed toward the growing pile of items that were next to the six 
books.Giles walked over to the pile and he started looking over them 
and a few seconds later he recognized one of the items.Giles cried 
out this is one of the four pieces of the horn of ragnarok and then 
he recognized an item which matched a decription of something that he 
knew about but had never seen.Giles cursed and then he walked over to 
Cassandra.Giles said have you found anything else dangerous besides 
whats piled up next to the books.Cassandra said i am afraid to say it 
but all of these items are quite dangerous and it would be the best 
thing in my opinion that we send all of it to the legecy for 
safekeeping.Giles said i accept your opinion and it shall all be sent 
to the legacy.Joyce said Giles i want this stuff out of here as soon 
as possible how soon did you set up the meeting where we will give it 
to them.Giles said it will be several days before we can do it 
because first Gunn has to give the message to Wesley and then Wesley 
will have to get word to us telling us the time and the place the 
meeting is to be held.Joyce said well the sooner it is the better as 
far as i am concerned.Cassandra said i agree with you Joyce and i 
wont sleep good at night until its all away from the 
hellmouth. 

Meanwhile many miles to the north at the Los Angeles branch of 
Wolfram and Hart the board of directors of the law firm were arriving 
after recieving summons from Mr.Sygasso the head of the board of 
directors as well as one of the law firms most important clients.When 
all the board members had arrived the meeting was called to order by 
Mr.Sygasso's assistant Jamos Kilrokan.Mr.Sygasso said i am sorry for 
calling you to this meeting so abruptly and without warning but i 
felt that it was absolutely neccessary.Lindsey said what is wrong 
sir.Mr.Sygasso said earlier today i recieved word that certain items 
that had been in the possession of a former client of ours Mayor 
Wilkins of Sunnydale who is now deceased has fallen into the hands of 
the slayer and her group.One of the board members said what items did 
they get their hands on exactly.Mr.Sygasso motioned to his assistant 
and Jamos Kilrokan took a folded piece of paper out of his pocket and 
unfolded it.Jamos said i am going to read a list of a number of items 
that Mayor Wilkins had collected with some help from us and our 
associates.Jamos said one of the four pieces of the horn of 
Ragnarok,Quadron's red grimoire,a chronos stone,the chalice of 
Nuras,and he would have continued on but Mr.Sygasso said thats 
enough.Cedric said we must get those items away from them no matter 
what the cost.Mr.Sygasso said i agree but me cannot use the methods 
that we have been using in the past which is why i have called for 
help from outside the lawfirm and our normal associates we work 
through.Lindsey said who are you going to get to help us.Mr.Sygasso 
looked back behind his chair toward the shadows and he said do you 
feel like revealing yourselves to the rest of the board.A minute 
later a man walked out of the shadows and he said hello and the board 
members all detected his british accent.The man said my name is Ethan 
Raines and i have had prior runins with Sunnydale's slayer and her 
group one of which i know quite well.A second later A young looking 
woman walked out of the shadows and she said i also have had runins 
with the slayer and her group although it was years ago but i also 
know two members of her group or who are allied with her 
group.Lindsey said whats your name.The Young woman turned to face him 
and she said you can call me Darla and her game face 
appeared.Mr.Sygasso said i am quite sure that with the help of these 
two that we will get the items back and at the same time remove a 
painfull thorn that has been in our side for way too long.
