Greetings,
Just thought I'd throw this in real quick.
Until the 'Bot is up and running(Which could take a week.) The channel 
will not appear in the mIRC window if you do a list command and the 
channel is empty.
That doesn't mean the channel is gone..just..not goint to appear on 
the list.

To join the channel even though it might be perfectly empty simply 
type

/join #Buffy&Willow (Exactly..it _is_ case sensative.)

Once the bot is up,the channel will never die!
