After eatting breakfast Buffy,Willow,and Joyce headed up to their 
bedrooms and got dressed to go shopping for 
furniture. 

After Buffy,Willow,and Joyce had walked out of the kitchen Anya put 
the plate and silverware she had used in the dishwasher and then 
started to walk out of the kitchen.When Anya stepped over the mantle 
of the kitchen she quickly found herself somewhere she didnt 
recognize but she instantly knew she had been transported to another 
dimension because she was used to it.Anya looked around and she was 
quite surprised to see Dehophryn sitting in his throne or seat of 
power whichever he wanted to call it that day.Anya looked around 
before turning to look at him again and she said you have moved to a 
new location i see.Dehophryn said yes i have and its connected to 
something i want to discuss with you about.Dehophryn said recently i 
repaid a favor i owed to the board of directors of Wolfram and Hart 
although now i strongly regret having done so.Anya looked at 
Dehophryn and she said your the one who brought Vamp Willow back to 
that dimension.Dehophryn said yes i am and i am willing to fullfill 
your request if you will promise not to tell Willow Rosenberg how to 
find me.Anya said you are willing to turn me back into a Vengence 
demon if i will not tell Willow how to find you and Dehophryn said 
yes i am.Anya said you are afraid of her and Dehophryn said Anyanka 
do not question my motives for fullfilling your request just decide 
whether or not you wish to be a vengence demon once more your time is 
running short.Anya looked at Dehophryn and she thought he wouldnt be 
willing to fullfill my request if he didnt think he could be 
dangerous to him or someone close to him and then she remebered that 
Dehophryn had once offered Willow to make Willow into a vengence 
demon and she had turned him down and for him to make her that offer 
she must be pretty powerfull in her own right.Anya turned her 
thoughts to whether or not she wanted to be a vengence demon again 
and she quickly realized she didnt because she would have to give up 
her relationship with Xander as well as put her friendship with 
everyone else who had helped her since she had lost her powers.Anya 
said Dehophryn a year ago,even a couple months ago i might have said 
yes but now i dont want to be a vengence demon so take your request 
and shove it where the sun doesnt shine.Dehophryn became very angry 
that Anya had turned him down and he said becarefull Anyanka i 
strongly suggest you reconsider or your friends may never hear from 
you again.Anya looked at Dehophryn and she said Dehophryn i will make 
you a deal which i think you will find satisfactory but there are a 
couple of conditions connected to it.Dehophryn said what is the deal 
you are offering.Anya said i will not tell Willow or anyone else how 
to find you plus do my best to keep them from finding ways to search 
for you and in return i want your word as a demon lord that you will 
have no contact with anyone within or affiliated with Wolfram and 
Hart as long as Willow Rosenberg is alive no matter what name she 
goes by.Anya said second if i ever call upon you to return my powers 
of vengence you will do so without any questions or any attachments 
to it so you cant take them back.Dehophryn thought a second and he 
said i so agree and then he made his pledge as a Demon lord as 
required.Anya said good now return me to where you took me i need to 
go check out how the stocks i own are doing.Dehophryn said Anyanka 
you are interested in the stock market and Anya said yes i am its 
quite interesting especially with all the changes happening so 
quickly but i find i am pretty good at knowing when to buy and sell 
stocks.Dehophryn waved his hand and Anya found herself back in the 
kitchen and she headed straight to the computer to tell Giles what 
had 
happened. 

When Giles heard what had happened he was surprised by what Anya 
had got Dehophryn to agree to but then he asked her if she had any 
intention of calling upon him to return her powers of vengence.Anya 
said i dont right now but maybe one day i will have reason to and if 
that day ever comes i will call upon him.Giles said Anya why would 
you want to go back to being a vengence demon.Anya slid close to 
Giles and she whispered Giles the condition he agreed to wont make me 
into a vengence demon it will just return my powers of vengence and 
they will be used for righteous vengence and then she started 
laughing.Giles looked at Anya and then he realized what she meant and 
he started laughing as 
well. 

About an hour later Willow,Buffy,and Joyce headed off toward a 
furniture store in Joyce's car since Giles or one of the others might 
need the Montana.The first furniture store they went to had some nice 
furniture but they didnt like anything they had so they headed for 
another furniture store.At the third furniture store they found a 
bedroom suite that they all liked and Joyce said the price was about 
right for what they would be getting.Willow and Buffy told the store 
clerk they would buy it but Buffy paid for it with a credit card that 
she had had for a while and she had put a million dollars into her 
credit card account so she could buy whatever she wanted whenever she 
wanted.Willow asked the clerk when the bedroom suite could be 
delivered and the clerk said they could be delivered today if they 
liked.Buffy said yes that would be perfect and then she wrote down 
their address and handed the piece of paper to the clerk.The clerk 
said the furniture will be delivered by two o'clock and then they 
left the furniture store.As they were getting into the car Joyce said 
hey how about we go get something to eat before we head for home and 
Buffy and Willow were both for 
it. 

Giles went over to Cassandra's house and he and Cassandra loaded 
the items which she would need to use for the ritual into the 
montana.When they got back to the estate Giles saw that Joyce's car 
was back so he knew that Buffy and the others were back from 
furniture shopping.When they walked into the house Giles walked over 
to an entercom pannel and he called for everyone to come down to the 
front hall.Three minutes later everyone was in the front hall near 
the main staircase and Giles said we have a bit of a problem with the 
ritual Cassandra is to do and she just found out about it last 
night.Cordelia said whats the problem and Cassandra said the ritual 
must be performed near a body of fresh water that doesnt move and 
from which you can see the stars.Anya said do you mean like a lake or 
something and Cassandra said yes and last night i went by the only 
lake around here and you cant see the stars clearly from it because 
of several buildings that are around it.Willow said Cassandra there 
is a small body of fresh water nearby and you should definitely be 
able to see the stars from it.Giles said where is this small body of 
water and Buffy said there is a small pond about two miles behind the 
property and there are no buildings around it.Cassandra said can you 
please take me to it so that i can prepare to do the ritual.Buffy 
said of course but you will have to ride on a motorcycle because it 
is two miles from here.Cassandra said i dont have a problem with that 
but we will need someone to accompany us on another motorcycle which 
can transport the items i need for the ritual.Willow said i will 
bring the items along and Giles said ok go ahead but come back for us 
because we all want to be there when the ritual is performed.Joyce 
said dont worry about the furniture being delivered i will see that 
it is all put up into the bedroom for you and Xander,Oz,and Gunn can 
set the bed up for 
you. 

Buffy,Willow,and Cassandra rode out to the small pond taking the 
items that Cassandra would need to perform the ritual.At the small 
pond Cassandra looked around it and she said this place is beautifull 
and its the perfect place to perform the ritual.Cassandra quickly set 
up everything for the ritual and then she told Buffy and Willow they 
should go back to the house because she needed to be alone to 
meditate so she could prepare herself to perform the cerimony.Willow 
said when should we start bringing the others out here and Cassandra 
said about an hour before sundown because the ritual must be 
performed before midnight and i want plenty of time to redo the 
ritual if i do it wrong the first time.Buffy said you arent going to 
do it wrong are you.Cassandra said i dont plan to but its been a very 
long time since i did this ritual so it is possible.Buffy and Willow 
headed back to the 
estate. 

An hour before sundown Willow,Buffy,and Xander started taking out 
Giles and the others out to the pond.They had almost everyone there 
except Angel about thirty minutes later and Xander waited until 
sundown to go get 
him. 

When all of them were there and Cassandra could see the stars all 
over the night sky she said it was time to perform the 
ritual.Cassandra walked down to the pond and she scooped up a small 
amount of water out of the pond and then she carried it up to where 
she was going to perform the ritual.Cassandra poured the water into a 
bowl that already had a large candle in the center of it.Cassandra 
said a word that no one else understood and the candlewick instantly 
was lit.Cassandra poured a handfull of herbs into her right hand and 
she held them up toward the sky and she said some words which again 
they didnt understand.Cassandra lowered her hand and she let the 
herbs drop right on top of the candle's flame.Cassandra was silent 
for a few minutes but her hands made several different gestures and 
then she suddenly stood up.Cassandra pointed up at the sky and she 
screamed out a phrase in her native language and a second later an 
arch of light appeared and the arch's center was exactly where she 
had pointed at in the 
sky. 

In Europe at the house Duncan McCloud was living in along with 
Amanda and Nick he was suddenly awakened and then he found himself 
feeling a sensation that was quite similar to the quickening but he 
hadnt taken any heads tonight.The next second a large shockwave went 
through Duncan McCleod and then his body raised up into the air and 
something like a large number of lightning bolts shot out of his body 
and the lightning bolts all homed in on three different places and a 
white ball of light appeared at each one of those places.Duncan 
screamed in pain as he felt three quickenings being ripped from 
him.Amanda and Nick both burst into Duncan's room and they were 
shocked by what they saw.Amanda started to rush forward to see if she 
could help Duncan but Nick held her back and he said we dont know 
whats going on so we had better wait until its over with.A minute 
later the lightning bolts stopped shooting from Duncan's body and 
when the last lightning bolt had hit one of the balls of light they 
all 
disappeared. 

At the pond behind the estate the three balls of light appeared and 
one at a time they flew into the arch of light.A minute later a man 
wearing an ancient European style of outfit appeared on the other 
side of the arch of light.The second ball of light flew into the arch 
and a woman wearing a blouse and skirt that was a style of European 
clothing that Cordelia recognized from a magazine she had looked at 
while she was in High school.The third ball of light flew into the 
arch of light and a young man wearing a pair of blue jeans,a colored 
tshirt,and a motorcycle racing jacket appeared.Cassandra finished the 
ritual and the arch of light disappeared and then she looked at the 
three Immortals who had appeared.Cassandra was shocked and she ran to 
the older man and woman and hugged them.Juan Villa-Lobos Ramirez said 
its nice to see you too Cassandra.Rebecca Horne said yes it is 
Cassandra but who are these two young immortals we are to teach and 
where exactly are we.The next second a voice out of the shadows said 
you are in within the city limits of Sunnydale California.Everyone 
swirled around toward where the voice had come from and Buffy quickly 
sensed vampires nearby but they didnt feel like the vampires she had 
sensed before.Buffy wasnt armed except for her sword and she drew it 
and said come on out vampires and i will make you go poof.Xena said 
Cassandra please tell this slayer we are friends we dont want to hurt 
her.Cassandra said Buffy she speaks the truth they are friends they 
are a different type of vampire than the ones you face and they are 
friendly as long as they arent pushed.Juan Villa-Lobos Ramirez said 
Xena is that you and Xena said yes its me and Gabrielle is with me so 
i wont risk showing ourselves until she sheaths her sword.Buffy said 
ok i will put it up but i will be watching you and then she sheathed 
her sword.Xena and Gabrielle walked out of the shadows and they 
joined the reunion of Cassandra,Juan Villa-Lobos Ramirez,and Rebecca 
Horne who were all old friends.Giles cleared his voice and he said 
Cassandra i dont mean to disrupt this reunion but please tell me what 
kind of vampires they are.Xena looked at Giles and she said we are 
members of the Arborean clan of the Kindred type of vampires.Giles 
said everyone calm down Kindred Vampires are trustworthy unless they 
are brujah.Willow said Cassandra maybe you should introduce all of us 
to each other.Cassandra said of course your right and then she 
introduced everyone to each 
other. 

A hundred yards away the two watchers who had been assigned by Joe 
Dawson to watch Cassandra were both watching what was going on and 
they both took pictures of everyone there and taking multiple 
pictures of the ones who had appeared out of the arch of light and 
the two women that had walked out of the shadows after the three 
people had appeared from the arch of light.One of the watchers who 
was using a digital camera told the other watcher he was leaving and 
the watcher said wait for him because they definitely had enough 
stuff to report to Joe Dawson.
