At the Townsend Detective Agency Bosley sat behind the computer to 
almost two o'clock in the morning trying to find information on 
Willow Rosenberg's friends.Bosley would have gone home before 
midnight but that changed when he found out that Two million dollars 
each had been placed into accounts at a Stock investment company in 
the names of five of Willow's young friends as well a Joyce Summers 
who was the mother of a friend and someone named Rupert Giles.Bosley 
immedietly had two of the computers they had at the agency start 
searching for information on Rupert Giles and Joyce Summers while he 
used the one he had been on to try to find out where exactly the 
money that had been deposited had come from.When he finally found out 
where it came from it raised a lot more questions than it answered 
and he finally decided to go home and pick up where he left off in 
the 
morning. 

When Angel got to the newspaper stand he parked alongside it and 
waited for Gunn and Cordelia to arrive.Gunn was the first to arrive 
and he came in a taxi since he didnt want to take a risk on driving 
his own car since it had been exactly where he had left it several 
days ago and anyone could have tampered with it during that 
time.Cordelia who lived about four blocks from the newspaper stand 
arrived a minute later and she climbed into the back of Angel's car 
and she said Angel what are we going to do now.Angel said i dont know 
yet i havent really thought about it.Gunn said well you had better 
think about it Angel because it will be morning in about five hours 
from now.Cordelia said Angel we had better call Kate and tell her to 
be carefull because if it is Wolfram and Hart thats responsible they 
will be going after her as well because she is an ally of ours.Angel 
picked up his cellular phone and he dailed the phone number for Kate 
Lockley's desk at the police station.A minute later a detective 
answered the phone and he said hello police department how can i help 
you.Angel said i would like to speak to detective Lockley.The 
detective said detective Lockley isnt here but then the phone was 
taken away from him by Detective Hanson.Detective Hanson said this is 
detective Hanson I'm Detective Lockley's partner how may i help 
you.Angel said Bryce its me Angel and then he said Bryce do you know 
where Kate is.Bryce looked around the squad room and he said no sir i 
dont she hasnt been seen by any of us since we got an unanimous phone 
call about a package that was left in her car earlier today.Angel 
processed the information and then he said Bryce whoever left the 
package in her car probably also left packages at my office and at 
Cordelia's apartment although the one at the office already went 
off.Bryce said take care of yourselves and tell Cordelia not to worry 
i will send the bomb squad over there to see if they can defuse 
it.Cordelia heard that and she grabbed a hold of the phone and she 
yelled if they cant get them to remove as much of my clothes and 
furniture from the apartment as they can i will contact you and tell 
you where to move it later after we are safe.Angel pulled the phone 
away from Cordelia and then he pressed the end button before closing 
it up.Angel told Gunn and Cordelia what he had been told and then 
Gunn said what are we going to do guys.Angel said guys i hate to say 
it but we cant stay in Los Angeles its not safe here for any of us 
with Wolfram and Hart doing things like planting bombs.Cordelia said 
your right Angel having them sick vampires and demons on us is one 
thing but bombs are a whole different matter because they can be 
hidden anywhere unlike most vampires and demons which you can see 
coming.Gunn said if we arent going to stay in Los Angeles where are 
we going to go.Cordelia said there is only one real place that we 
will be safe and thats because none of the vampires,demons,or people 
that Wolfram and Hart can hire can get inside it.Gunn looked at 
Cordelia and said your talking about the estate arent you and 
Cordelia said afraid so.Gunn said if we are going back to the estate 
i am going to call Kendall and get him to get a couple things 
together that we might need.Angel said Gunn they already have enough 
guns and Gunn said Angel I'm not talking about guns i am talking 
about equipment that can detect explosives but your wrong Angel no 
one can ever have enough guns.Gunn picked up the telephone and he 
dialed the number for Kendall.A A very sleepy and unhappy Kendall 
answered the phone and he said this had better be life or death 
whoever it is or i am going to hunt you down to the ends of the 
earth.Gunn said Kendall its me and believe me i wouldnt be calling 
you at this time of the night if it wasnt life or death.Kendall sat 
up on the side of the bed and he said what do you need now Gunn.Gunn 
said we need some equipment that can detect explosives and 
bombs.Kendall opened his eyes and he said dont tell me you guys got 
someone going after you with bombs now.Gunn said Kendall the 
detective agency was blown up and bombs were left at Cordelia's 
apartment and in Detective Lockley's car who is currently 
missing.Kendall said you werent kidding about needing equipment but 
dont worry i have just what you need and Gunn said good and by the 
way pack up some more ammo we used quite a bit of what they had at 
the shootout a couple days ago.Kendall said more wooden bullets and 
Gunn said yes but also some ap and silver if you have any because 
there is no telling what those sob's at Wolfram and Hart might throw 
at us next.Kendall said well you guys just hurry on over i will have 
what you asked for waiting for you and Gunn said thanks Kendall.Gunn 
hung up the phone and Angel said give it here i had better call Giles 
and let him know we are on the way back there.Cordelia said if we 
keep going back and forth from Sunnydale like a yoyo i am going to be 
tempted to just move in with the others.Gunn said i know what you 
mean but Angel shushed them because he was waiting for Giles to 
answer.When Giles answered the phone he said whoever you are do you 
know what time in the morning you are calling me.Angel said Giles i 
am sorry to call and wake you up but i thought you should know that 
me and the others are on the way back there.Giles turned on the lamp 
next to his bed and he said why are you guys coming back this 
time.Angel said well it seems that Wolfram and Hart has upped the 
ante they are using bombs to try to get rid of us they already blew 
up the floor of the building the detective agency was on as well as 
putting one in Cordelia's apartment.Giles said well i will be up 
waiting for you and Angel said Giles you should at least try to go 
back to sleep for three hours because its going to take us that long 
just to get back there.Giles said good idea i will set my alarm clock 
for three hours and then he hung up the phone and laid back down in 
bed. 

Angel and the others stopped at Kendall's gun shop and shooting 
range and they picked up the bomb detecting equipment and about 
twenty ammo cases that contained either wooden,silver,or A.P ammo in 
different calibres.They were about to leave when Kendall drove up on 
a forklift that had a number of wooden crates and even more ammo 
boxes on a pallot.Kendall said Gunn after you called me i got to 
thinking and figured you might need the old hoghose and a couple 
other toys that i have been collecting in case i ever decided to go 
active again.Gunn thanked Kendall and said well if you ever decide to 
go active just let me know and I'll introduce you to some people me 
and the old group met before we got chewed up royally by that last 
group.They quickly loaded the other crates and ammo boxes aboard a 
small moving van that they had rented on the way.They arrived at the 
estate about four o'clock and Giles came out to let them in when 
Angel called again.When they got to the house Angel said the stuff 
could stay in the moving van until later in the day because they were 
all tired so they went inside and headed for the spare bedrooms they 
had used 
before 

The next morning about eight o'clock the alarm clock which Buffy 
had set woke both her and Willow up and they quickly got out of 
bed.Buffy put on a robe and headed toward a bathroom but Willow 
walked over to the small shrine and she did her morning worship 
cerimony and then she walked into the closet and took a tshirt and a 
pair of shorts that were on a coat hanger.Willow was dressed by the 
time Buffy walked back into the bedroom and then she headed for the 
bathroom while Buffy got dressed.Fifteen minutes later Buffy and 
Willow walked out of the house through the side door in the living 
room and they started stretching preparing to go on their morning run.
