Jessica said Wyatt you and three others check them out and see if 
they can tell us who or what attacked them.Buffy looked at Jessica 
and she said you believe us.Jessica said yes i do because the two of 
you wouldnt have been able to take on four of us without using your 
guns or magic and either of those would have attracted our 
attention.A second later a wolf ran up to the group of vampires and 
suddenly it changed its form into a human or more specific a kindred 
vampire.Veronica said Jessica i have bad news Myca and Phillip were 
found by me and Shauna on the way to the night rose and they were 
badly beaten up.Jessica looked at Veronica and said did either of 
them say who had attacked them or did either you or Shauna see 
anything to give us a hint of who it was.Veronica said they were both 
unconcious and there was nothing around them to give us any idea of 
what had attacked them.Willow said if you will let me i will cast a 
light spell which will light up the alley so we can look for 
clues.Jessica looked at Willow and said our eyesight is good enough 
and i dont trust you enough to risk letting you use any magic.

Jessica said Veronica go back to Shauna and help her get Myca and 
Phillip to the Night Rose we will meet you there.Veronica nodded and 
then she shifted back into a wolf and took off running back toward 
where she had left Shauna.Jessica said Wyatt how are they when she 
saw him approaching her and the others.Wyatt said they will be ok in 
a couple days if they get enough nourishment and rest.Neal said Wyatt 
are any of them able to tell us what attacked them.Wyatt said 
Sebastian told me what attacked him and the others but he fell back 
into unconciousness right afterward.Jessica looked at Wyatt and said 
what attacked them and then she looked directly at Buffy and 
Willow.Wyatt said according to Sebastian it was Norglath.Neal said 
who or what is Norglath.Jessica said it cant be Norglath he was 
trapped by various members of different Kindred clans in a cavern 
that he should never have been able to escape from.Buffy said excuse 
me but what is Norglath and why would he attack you guys.The next 
second Xena said Norglath is an Iron Golem which me and Gabrielle 
along with a number of other kindred trapped in a cave around the 
time of the civil war.Everyone turned to look at Xena and Gabrielle 
who was with her.Jessica said who the hell are you two and why are 
you here.Xena said my name is Xena and my friend is Gabrielle and we 
are here because Willow called us and told us about hurt Kindred they 
came across.Jessica looked at Buffy and said you know about Kindred 
and Willow said yes we do but we have no bussiness with the kindred 
you guys take care of yourselves.Neal smiled and said how did you two 
meet the legendary Princess and Bard.Buffy and Willow looked at each 
other and then Buffy said who are you talking about.Gabrielle said he 
is referring to me and Xena.Xena said we met them while visiting an 
old friend who lives here in Sunnydale.

Jessica said Xena do you have any idea of how Norglath could have 
gotten free from the cave.Xena said well he certainly couldnt have 
done it on his own because the magic that created him causes him to 
sleep while sealed underground and he was definitely sealed inside 
the cave the group we were with saw to that.Buffy said damn i dont 
like the sound of an iron golem running rampant through 
sunnydale.Xena said i dont think that Norglath is running rampant at 
all because he would have started destroying the buildings as he 
entered town.Jessica said Xena is right but i wonder why he attacked 
Kindred like he did if he is just passing through.Willow said well it 
could be because he feels that he owes you guys for trapping him down 
in that cave.Wyatt said but none of the ones he attacked were part of 
the group who trapped him in the cave.Xena said it doesnt matter 
whether they were apart of the group or not they were all Kindred 
just like all the group was.Willow said what weaknesses does an Iron 
Golem have by the way.Jessica said why do you want to know and Willow 
said i just want to know in case me and the others ever run into 
one.Gabrielle said thats not really likely Norglath is the only one 
of its kind that we know of and he will probably be out of the city 
limits by tommorrow morning.Buffy said that might be true but just to 
be on the safe side we would really like to know any weaknesses an 
Iron Golem has.Gabrielle said well Iron Golems cant be really hurt by 
man because magic is uneffective against them after they come to life 
and things as guns and most other weapons just bounce off of them or 
break when they hit its body.Willow said well it must have some other 
weakness besides going to sleep when entombed underground.Xena 
thought a second and she said well Norglath did hide durring most of 
the day in buildings or cave where sunlight couldnt reach 
him.Gabrielle said thats right i remeber that but i dont see how that 
could really be used against him.Willow said well maybe its not 
sunlight exactly that bothers him it could be radiation from the sun 
or something like that.Jessica said you might be right but hopefully 
we will never have to put that theory to the test.Xena said well we 
still need to contact the other kindred who were part of the group 
and warn them that Norglath is loose.Gabrielle said actually we need 
to send word to all the Kindred communities around here so they can 
be on the lookout for him.Buffy said well since you guys are here to 
take care of your friends me and Willow will be on our way if you 
dont mind.Neal stopped Buffy before she had taken two steps and he 
said i am sorry but we cant allow either of you to leave here 
alive.Xena said yes you can and you will.Jessica said Xena they know 
about us we cant take the risk you know the code as well as any of 
us.Xena said yes i know the code but there is no reason to kill them 
when they will just come back to life.Jessica said Xena what are you 
talking about.Willow said me and Buffy are immortals.Neal laughed and 
said no your not your human i can hear your hearts beating.Jessica 
said if your immortals where are your swords and why didnt you arm 
yourselves with them instead of guns.Buffy said our swords are in our 
coats and neither of us know all to use them properly because we only 
became immortals recently and we havent begun our lessons yet.Xena 
said they speak the truth although their lessons will begin the day 
after tommorrow.

Jessica looked at Buffy and Willow and she said i need your word to 
keep information about us to yourselves.Willow said we give you our 
word that we will tell no one outside our group who already knows 
about Kindred and that we will not hunt any of your kind without 
notifying some of you beforehand.Neal snarled and said you had better 
never hunt any of us.Buffy said we will if any of you starts causing 
trouble for people and he or she isnt taken care of by others of your 
kind.Wyatt said that would never happen we are bound by the code 
anyone who breaks the code is either punished by our leaders or a 
bloodhunt is called upon them.Willow said bloodhunt and Gabrielle 
said a hunt where all other kindred hunt the one who broke the code 
and it always ends in death for the codebreaker.

Buffy said well it was all nice meeting you but me and Willow have 
to be going and then they both headed in the direction of the alley 
they had entered through.As they reached the end of the alley Buffy 
said lets be carefull some of them might follow us tonight.Willow 
said lets put the shotguns back into the briefcase and Buffy said 
good idea.Buffy retrieved the briefcase from where she had left it 
and they placed the combat shotguns and the slings of shells back 
inside it.

They patrolled the area for thirty minutes and then Buffy said lets 
head back to the humvee and then move onto another area.Willow said 
fine with me.

At the bronze Xander spent one of his break periods to hang out 
with Anya and the others and he danced with Anya through two 
songs.When they got back to the table Gunn said thats one fine lady 
bartender up there.That got Xander's attention and he said guys there 
is something funny about her.Cordelia said who and Xander said the 
female bartender who was just hired today.Amy said whats funny about 
her and Xander said ever since i got here today she kept watching me 
before we opened.Gunn said maybe she finds you interesting to look at 
and Anya was not pleased to hear this.Anya said Xander you stay away 
from her your my boyfriend and you had better not forget it.Cordelia 
said and if you do you will have both of us to face and i dont think 
you want that.Xander said dont worry Anya i am only interested in you 
and then he kissed her.After breaking the kiss Xander said guys its 
more serious than what you believe she has been watching everyone at 
this table as well ever since you guys got here.Tara said are you 
sure about this Xander and Xander said yes i am.Amy said well we will 
watch her as well and Xander said ok but you will have to excuse me 
now my break is almost over and i have to take care of some bussiness 
and then he headed for the bathroom.
