My theory is that the line is supposed to be "eleven and a half weeks " and someone goofed. Maybe they also tried "two and a half months" and the two lines got comingled.
I can't tell for sure, because the script isn't yet up on mustreadtv.com. And I checked on Psyche's Transcripts, and she did say "months", so it's not KegCider mishearing anything.
BTW, I'm flabbergasted that people know this stuff right off. Color me impressed, and thanks for everything.

In the Angel series 1 episode, The Prodigal, Cordelia said about the new PIN number for the alarm system: Cordy: "Come on. The installation guy said it should be something easy toremember, like - my birthday." Angel: "I don't know your birthday." Cordy: "Yeah, tell me something that you don't know that I *don't* know. But after 11 and ½ months of punching it into this, you won't have any excuses." I think that episode was first shown on/around Feb 22nd 2000, so it looks like being around Feb 8th.
