Michelle looked at Lacroix and she said have the music turned off 
so i can make an announcement or two to those here.Lacroix said of 
course and he walked away heading for the bar where the controls for 
the radio and speakers were.Nick said Michelle the best place to do 
the announcements is on the bandstand over there and he pointed at 
it.Michelle said your right of course and she stood up and started to 
walk toward the soundbooth.Michelle had taken about five steps when 
she stopped,turned around,and then motioned for Nick to follow 
her.Nick followed Michelle over to the bandstand but stopped when she 
signalled him to.Michelle looked around and then she headed for the 
right side of the bandstand where she could see a set of stairs going 
up to the bandstand.

Michelle had just walked onto the bandstand when Lacroix turned off 
the radio ending the music.Almost everyone in the club turned to look 
toward the bar and some of them yelled turn the music back on.Lacroix 
walked out from behind the bar and he said the music will be turned 
back on after we hear an announcement from Michelle the leader of the 
team of enforcers who are here to assist us with a situation that 
could be disasterous for the community.That got everyone's attention 
right off the bat and Lacroix said please turn your attention to the 
bandstand.Everyone in the club turned to look at the bandstand and it 
was completely quiet because everyone wanted to hear what Michelle 
had to say.

Michelle waited a few seconds and then she said i have two 
announcements to make and one of them is indeed dire as Lacroix told 
you.Michelle said it is so dire that i am going to ask for the help 
of the community to aid me and other enforcers to stop it.Michelle 
said about three days ago a ski resort was attacked and almost 
everyone there except for four children were massacred.Michelle said 
normally this wouldnt be a situation for enforcers or the community 
to get involved in but this time it is different because the massacre 
was committed by vampires.A vampire near the front of the bandstand 
said how can you be sure it was committed by vampires and not some 
crazy bastard or bastards who think they are vampires.Michelle said 
we know it was vampires who massacred the sixty people at the ski 
lodge for several reasons.Michelle said one of the mains reason is 
that this is not the first time this group of vampires have committed 
a massacre.Michelle said the second reason is that Dr.Natalie Lambert 
who is a part of the special forensics team sent to the ski lodge to 
investigate the scene examined several bodies after getting 
there.Michelle looked down at Nick and she said what did Dr.Lambert 
say about the bodies she examined.Nick said she examined six bodies 
and they either had bite marks on their necks,their throats ripped 
out,and one body head a hole in his chest and the heart was 
removed.Michelle said as i said before this is not the first massacre 
these vampires have commited but i damn well intend for it to be the 
last.Vachon said how can we be of aid to you.Michelle said one of the 
four children who survived saw the faces of the seven vampires and 
through him we have sketches of their faces.Lacroix said Michelle and 
the enforcers want the community to keep their eyes open for these 
seven vampires and immedietly notify them if they are seen.Michelle 
said Lacroix is right and one of the vampires said you can count on 
us and others yelled out in agreement.Michelle said thank you and 
hopefully we will be able to find these demon vampires and put a stop 
to these massacres they have been committing.Michelle said well that 
brings the first announcement and request for your help to an end.

Michelle said before i start the second announcement i ask that Jill 
and Grace come up here.Nick was shocked to hear the names of 
Natalie's assistants and he started looking around the room for 
them.The next second Nick was tapped on his right shoulder and he 
turned around and he saw Jill and Grace.Jill said looking for us 
Nick.Nick said Grace you and Jill shouldnt be here and Grace said of 
course we should after all we were invited by Michelle herself.Nick 
turned to look at Michelle and he said Michelle why did you invite 
Natalie's assistants here.Michelle smiled and said Jill and Grace are 
not only Dr.Lambert's assistants in the coroner's office but they are 
also the Liasons between the enforcers and the kindred conclaves of 
Ottawa and London.Nick looked at Jill and Grace and then back at 
Michelle.Nick said Michelle said how can they be Liasons with the 
kindred conclaves of Ottawa and London when they arent vampires.Jill 
said Nick we are vampires and Nick turned to look at her and he was 
shocked when he saw her eyes glowing and her fangs.Nick looked at 
Grace and like Jill her eyes were glowing and she was smiling showing 
her fangs.Nick looked at Grace and he said how are you two kindred if 
i am hearing your hearts beating.Jill and Grace laughed and a minute 
later Jill said we have a device attached to chains we have under our 
clothes and it immitates the beating of a heart perfectly.Nick said 
how long have you been Kindred and what clans do you belong to.Jill 
said i am over three hundred years old and i am Tremere.Grace said i 
am five hundred years old and i belong to the Arborean clan.Michelle 
said Nick you,Jill,and Grace can talk later i need to make my 
announcement and then head for the ski resort.Michelle said come on 
you to get up here and join me.

When Jill and Grace were on the bandstand Michelle did the hand 
signal which signalled her team of enforcers that it was time for 
them to do what she had told them earlier.The nine enforcers got up 
from their booths and started making their ways through the crowd 
toward Nicholas and Lacroix.The nine enforcers quietly positioned 
themselves between the crowd and Lacroix and Nick because neither of 
them were going to like the second announcement.

Michelle said the second announcement concerns a petition that the 
Toronto community sent before the elders over a year ago.Lacroix said 
Michelle i do not remeber sending a petition before the elders last 
year.Michelle said Lacroix you didnt send the petition it was the 
community.Lacroix turned to look at those of the community in the 
club and he saw the nine enforcers that were between the crowd and he 
and Nicholas who was standing next to him.Lacroix turned to face 
Michelle and he said Michelle what was the petition the community 
sent before the elders.Michelle said the petition was a request that 
Dr.Lambert be brought into the community.Nick and Lacroix both yelled 
what and Nick turned around to try to get a hold of some of the 
community but Lacroix grabbed him and said no Nicholas the enforcers 
will not let us at them.Those of the community right behind the 
enforcers backed up when Nick had turned to face them worried about 
what he might do.Michelle said Nicholas calm yourself there is 
nothing you or Lacroix can do about the petition.Nick turned to face 
Michelle and he said Michelle is there anyway we can halt this 
petition before a judgement is made on it.Michelle said its too late 
for that the elders made a judgement on it this morning after 
Dr.Lambert sent word to the elders through you and Lacroix about the 
massacre.Michelle said the elders have approved the request that 
Dr.Lambert be brought into the community.Several of the vampires 
cheered upon hearing this but quickly shut up when either Nick or 
Lacroix looked at them.

Jill said Michelle who is going to bring Natalie into the 
community.Lacroix turned to look up at Michelle and the others on the 
bandstand and he said i am the eldest of the Toronto's community so i 
am certainly going to be the one to do it.Jill,Grace,and Nick all 
yelled NO at the same time.Lacroix said Michelle i call upon my right 
as the eldest among the community to be the one to bring Dr.Lambert 
into the community as my daughter.Michelle said Lacroix as the eldest 
of the community you do have the right to bring in anyone into the 
community that you wish but i am afraid that the elders have already 
appointed someone with the task of bringing Dr.Lambert into the 
community because they have special plans for her.Lacroix said if it 
is not to be me i demand to know who is going to do it.Michelle said 
presently i do not know who they have appointed because the elders 
have told no one as of yet but i do know that it will be an 
enforcer.Nick said but Michelle anyone who is turned by an enforcer 
becomes an enforcer themselves.Michelle said that is true and the 
elders want Dr.Lambert to become an enforcer because of their special 
plans for her.Jill said Michelle i dont think that Natalie is cut out 
to be an enforcer.Michelle said neither did i at first but i believe 
that the elders have a good reason for what they have planned.
