About two hours later the final band finished playing and Caleb 
walked up the stairs and onto the bandstand.Caleb pulled a microphone 
off a stand and he said please give us a few minutes to allow the 
judges to discuss between themselves and then he walked off the stage.

Several minutes later Caleb and three other people walked onto the 
stage.Caleb picked up the microphone and he said the judges have 
reached a decision.Caleb said before the judges announce their 
decision i am going to introduce you to the judges themselves.Caleb 
said the first judge is Dr.Johnny Fever a dj from Sacremento,the 
second judge is Rhonda McShane a music teacher at Los Angeles's 
school of the arts,and the final judge is Ferdinand Salos who is the 
conductor of an orchestra from Spain that is on tour throughout North 
America.Caleb said i now turn it over to the judges so they can 
announce their decisions.Caleb turned to his right and he held out 
the microphone.Dr.Johnny Fever walked up and he took hold of the 
microphone.Dr.Fever said me and my fellow judges have agreed on which 
were the top ten bands and we shall announce them starting with 
number ten and go down from there.Dr.Fever said we had a hard time 
deciding on the bands because there are a lot of good bands that 
participated tonight.Dr.Johhny fever turned around and he held the 
microphone out toward his fellow judges.

Rhonda McShane walked up and she took the microphone.Rhonda pulled 
out an envelope and she opened it up.Rhonda took out the piece of 
paper with the five names of the bands that had the ten through six 
slots.Rhonda started reading out the names of the five bands one at a 
time and she asked the crowd to give each band a round of applause 
after announcing the band.The dingoes ate my baby had the eighth slot 
and Buffy and the others told Oz they were sorry and Oz said hey its 
ok i am just glad that we made the top ten.After reading the names of 
the bands who had the ten through six slots she turned around and 
handed the microphone to Ferdinand Solas.

Ferdinand Solas took out a folded piece of paper and he started 
reading the names of the bands.Like Rhonda he asked for a round of 
support for the bands inbetween naming them.Before naming the band 
that had the first slot Ferdinand asked that everyone rise to their 
feet and almost everyone did so.Ferdinand said the winning band is 
the San Francisco Syrens.The San Francisco Syrens ran onto the stage 
followed a few seconds later by Lily Langtry who walked at a more 
sedate pace.Caleb walked out of the back and he was carrying a trophy 
and a check for the first prize.Caleb walked up to the San Francisco 
Syrens and he handed them both the trophy and the check.Several 
people in front of the bandstand took pictures of the band getting 
the check and trophy.

Caleb asked that all the bands come out onto the bandstand or in 
front of it.Oz said i will be back in a few minutes and he got up and 
headed for the bandstand.When almost all the bands were on the 
bandstand or in front of it Caleb said guys lets give everyone who 
took part in the battle of the bands a big round of applause.Almost 
everyone in the club either started clapping,waving their arms in 
support,or yelled out in favor of the bands.

When Oz joined the others back at the booth he said guys lets head 
for home i am pretty tired.Buffy said ok but me and Willow need to 
stop by Willie's bar on the way.Amy said why and Willow said so that 
we can spread the world about Felicia Hardy to the communities.Buffy 
said we are also going to tell them we would like to know about any 
humans that are from out of town who carry around swords and axes.Oz 
said ok but lets get going.Buffy looked up toward the rafters and she 
did a hand signal.Ten seconds later the metal grate slid up and Buffy 
and the others armed themselves with their pistols and got their 
guncases.

About seventeen minutes after leaving the bronze the pulled into 
the parking lot of Willie's bar.Buffy,Willow,and the others got out 
of the car and the montana and headed for the entrance.Right after 
they entered the bar it became completely silent.Willie and the 
everybody turned and stared at them.Willie walked away from the bar 
and over to Buffy and the others.Willie said what do you guys 
want.Buffy said we are here to warn the communities.A vampire said 
dont threaten us slayer we have worked alongside you because it was 
beneficial for us but that can change.Willow said we are not 
threatening anyone or any community we are giving you a warning about 
someone who may be in sunnydale.Willie said who is this person and 
why are you warning us about him.Buffy said her name is Felicia Hardy 
and she is an immortal.A vampire said why should we worried about an 
immortal we do not take part in the game.Oz said we are warning you 
so that word can be spread out through your communities so that none 
of you are killed or hurt by her.A demon said how can an immortal 
hurt a demon or vampire.Willie said hey think about it all immortals 
carry swords or axes and most demons and vampires can be killed by 
swords or axes.Yolanda said on behalf of the communities i thank you 
for letting us know about this Immortal.Willow said it is the least 
we can do and we will continue to inform you of any other immortals 
who enter sunnydale.Yolanda said you mean besides you and the 
slayer.Buffy said me and Willow have made it no secret that we are 
immortal and we have no intention of denying that we are immortals.Oz 
said we have one request but it is up to you to decide whether or not 
you will do it.Willie said whats the request.Amy said if any humans 
with weapons that lead you suspect to believe they are immortals we 
ask that we be notified.Yolanda said you want us to tell you where 
they are staying and everything right.Willow said no all we want and 
need to know is that there is an immortal in town.Yolanda said you 
arent going to go after them.Buffy said no we will leave them alone 
unless forced to take action against them.A demon said will you take 
action if an immortal starts coming after us.Buffy said if they have 
no reason to do so yes we will.Yolanda said we will discuss this with 
the rest of our communities and then give you our decisison.Willow 
said we will be waiting for your answer and then she and the others 
walked out of Willie's bar.
