Up at the ski lodge Natalie,Jill,and Grace performed complete 
autopsies of the twelve bodies that Natalie had chosen to do earlier 
in the morning.They took extra care to take the samples neccessary to 
do every test that could be expected to be done with a case like the 
one they were on.However they also took steps to cover up some of the 
things which could lead some people to believe in vampires.As Natalie 
was taking a break after finishing the last autopsy she was going to 
do that day she told Jill and Grace that having them there and 
knowing what they did help made what she had to do a lot easier.Jill 
said we feel the same way Natalie and with the three of us working 
together we can check over each others work and make sure we dont 
miss anything accidentally.For the next two and a half hours they 
labeled and numbered the samples so people in Toronto could match the 
samples with the bodies.Grace said Natalie i dont know why we are 
bothering to label and number these samples so that people back in 
Toronto can match them to the bodies.Jill said Grace is right Natalie 
we cannot let the bodies be examined by other people we will have to 
get rid of them somehow without arousing suspicion.Natalie said Jill 
Grace its already taken care of.Jill said what do you mean.Natalie 
said last night i told the enforcers that the bodies would be shipped 
to Toronto in a refrigerated truck after the autopsies had all been 
done.Grace said let me guess there is going to be an accident 
somewhere between here and there.Natalie said either a fire or an 
explosion which will require the police and everybody else to just go 
by either the written reports of those up here or what we tell 
them.Grace said thats very tricky Natalie and i bet the enforcers 
liked the idea.Natalie said they sure did and so did the elders when 
they were told my idea.Jill looked at her watch and she said hey its 
almost five o'clock lets stop for the night we can finish 
tommorrow.Natalie said fine with me i am pretty hungry since i 
skipped lunch earlier.Grace said dont mention food i am pretty hungry 
myself and Jill said same here.Natalie looked at Jill and Grace and 
she said hey how are you two going to eat its not there is a club 
like the Raven up here and dont even think about sipping from those 
up here.Jill said we brought some bottled blood with us and there 
will be a couple vampires dropping off several cases of blood for us 
which will last us a couple days.Natalie said will you need my help 
to get the cases inside without anyone seeing.Jill said no we will do 
it about midnight and if anyone sees us we can just wipe their 
memories so they wont remeber it.

About eight o'clock Jeannette walked into the raven and she 
immedietly looked around not at all pleased what Lacroix had done 
with what had once been her club.Jeannette walked up to the bar and 
she asked the bartender where Lacroix was.The bartender who had come 
to Toronto after Jeannette had left didnt recognize her and he 
quickly looked through the sketches to make sure she wasnt one of the 
vampires that were wanted.Jeannette looked at the bartender after he 
hadnt answered her in the last twenty seconds and then she saw the 
sketches that he was taped to the back of the bar.Jeannette said no i 
am not one of those who have committed the massacres but i am here to 
lend my support to Lacroix and the rest of Toronto's community.The 
bartender said who the hell are you.The next second Vachon was behind 
the bar holding the bartender several feet off the floor by his 
neck.Vachon said be very curtious to the lady or you shall suffer 
something far worse than my wrath.The bartender looked at Vachon and 
then Jeannette and then he was very happy to hear Lacroix's 
voice.Lacroix who along with Nick and Aristotle had walked out of the 
back room quickly saw Vachon holding his bartender several feet off 
the ground by his neck.Lacroix said Vachon what do you think you are 
doing to my bartender.Vachon said I am just giving him ample warning 
to treat the lady with respect.Lacroix looked at the bartender and he 
said what lady is he talking about Lexington.Jeannette said Vachon is 
talking about me ma general.Lacroix looked at Jeannette and the next 
second he turned to Vachon and he said Vachon let go of Lexington 
now.Lexington smiled thinking that Vachon was about to be punished 
for what he had done.Much to Lexington's surprise a second after 
Vachon set him down easily he found himself held back up in the air 
but this time it was Lacroix who had a hold of him.Lacroix said 
Lexington if you ever disrespect my daughter you shall wish that i 
would kill you quickly.Vachon looked at Nick and said i tried to warn 
him and Jeannette said yes you did ma petite.Nick said it is good to 
see you again Jeannette and Lacroix said yes it is although i wish it 
wouldnt have required the situation to unite us once more as we 
should be.Jeannette said i am here father to give you,Nicholas,and 
Toronto's community my support but once the situation is resolved i 
will be going back from where i live.Lacroix said and where is that 
and Jeannette said i am sorry father but i still need time by myself 
but do not worry i shall let you know when i have done what i need 
to.Lacroix said i hope that that time will not be too long in coming 
for i want our family together as it was.Lacroix looked at Lexington 
and he said Lexington get me one of my special bottles and four 
glasses.Lexington did as Lacroix told him and Lacroix opened the 
bottle personally.Lacroix poured some into each of the four glasses 
and then he passed them out to Jeannette,Nick,Aristotle,and the last 
one for himself.Lacroix raised his glass and said to family.Jeannette 
raised her glass and said to stopping these massacres.Nick said to 
being with those we love.Aristotle said to keeping secrets as long as 
they dont break the code.Once they had all said a toast they drank 
the contents of their glasses.Jeannette said Nicholas is it true what 
i heard.Nick said its according to what you heard.Jeannette said that 
your ma petite Natalie is going to become an enforcer.Nick said yes 
it is true the elders made the decision themselves.Vachon said i 
still dont understand why the elders would want Dr.Lambert to be an 
enforcer.Jeannette said tis not wise to try to puzzle out the reasons 
why the elders make the decisions they do.Lacroix said Jeannette is 
absolutely correct because the thinking of the elders is difficult to 
comprehend and it is almost always what we dont think.

About six fifty Giles and the others headed for Willie's bar in the 
humvee,landrover,and montana after arming themselves with guns.About 
twelve minutes later they reached Willie's bar and Giles said Buffy i 
think we should go in as a group.Buffy said but Giles Willie and the 
others might not take kindly for us coming in heavily armed like we 
are.Giles said they will just have to accept it and anyway these 
nightwalkers might already be there so none of us are going in 
without the rest of the group.Joyce said come on lets go inside we 
can explain it to Willie and the others once we get inside.

When they walked into the bar the bar became almost completely 
silent.Kristos who was up in the rafters reading a book looked down 
after everybody had stopped talking and the stereo had been turned 
off.Kristos put the book on a rafter carefull to save his place and 
then he dropped down from the rafters.Kristos landed several feet in 
front of Buffy and the others and he looked at all of them.Kristos 
said slayer i thought your group and the communities had an agreement 
but here your group is all armed with guns so unless you have a good 
reason for being here i suggest you get the hell out of here before 
the agreement is called to an end.Giles said Kristos we do have a 
good reason to be here and it is not to hurt you or anyone here as of 
yet.Willie walked up and he said what do you mean by that 
watcher.Giles said earlier today Xena called us and arranged to set 
up a meeting between us and a group of nightwalkers who are coming to 
Sunnydale if they arent already here.Yolanda stepped forward and she 
said why would Nightwalkers come here this is our city not 
theirs.Joyce said there have been several massacres up in Canada and 
they believe it to be the work of demon vampires.Yolanda said its 
just like the nightwalkers to jump to the assumption that it would 
have to be the work of demon vampires.Buffy said Yolanda i dont mean 
any disrespect to you or your type of vampires but i believe that 
they might have ample reason to assume it is the work of demon 
vampires.A vampire stepped us and some what is this reason you talk 
of.Giles said according to Xena there have been five massacres and at 
the last one sixty people were killed.Buffy said i doubt that either 
Nightwalkers or Kindred would do such a thing and leave the place 
with bodies thrown around.Yolanda looked down and she said neither 
Kindred of Nightwalkers would do such a thing it would mean instant 
death and their own would be the ones to hunt them down.Kristos said 
that means it was the work of demon vampires and Yolanda said yes it 
does.Patryc walked up and he said Yolanda these vampires the slayer's 
group are most likely not going to be regular nightwalkers.Yolanda 
and most of the others looked at him and Giles said what do you 
mean.Yolanda said damn your right they will surely be 
enforcers.Several demon vampires immedietly headed for the exits 
because they had no wish the be around the bar if enforcers were 
coming.Buffy said what are enforcers.Yolanda said they are the 
nightwalker's version of a police force and no vampire in his right 
mind wants to bring himself to the attention of the enforcers no 
matter what type of vampire he or she is.Willie said slayer you 
shouldnt have suggested my bar as a meeting place without talking it 
over with me first.Giles said actually we didnt suggest the place the 
people who Xena contacted us on the behalf of choose this place we 
just selected the time.Yolanda said when is the meeting to take place 
and Willow said at seven thirty.Yolanda turned around and said anyone 
who doesnt want to be here for the meeting i suggest you leave 
now.Several more demon vampires and three demons got up from where 
they had been sitting and left Willie's bar.Willow thought a second 
and she said hey guys i think that it might be a good idea if we let 
some of those staying hold some of our guns.Yolanda looked at Willow 
surprised she would even suggest such a thing.A vampire in the booth 
next to Willow said yeah like you guys would really do something like 
that.Buffy said we would if we were given your word that they wouldnt 
be used against us or until a fight breaks out that cant be broken up 
without using them.Giles said we would also want Yolanda,Kristos,or 
Patryc to choose those who words mean something to them.Yolanda said 
are you serious.As a sign that she was Buffy held out the shotgun she 
had and a sling full of dragonfire rounds.Yolanda took the shotgun 
and sling of dragonfire rounds and then looked around the bar.Yolanda 
said Derrick your pretty good with a shotgun and your a demon of your 
word.Yolanda,Patryc,and Kristos picked out two more vampires or 
demons to have the other two shotguns and the slings of dragonfire 
rounds.
